Subsquid Labs GmbH provides a node query framework and node-as-a-service for Substrate-based blockchains. Its two-tier architecture is designed to service complex queries faster, reduce data retrieval times, boost API reliability, and offer high customizability for DotSama and other substrate projects. The company’s stated mission is to bring scalable data APIs to Web 3.0 by transforming a traditional SaaS model into a DAO with open participation. In November 2021 Subsquid closed a $3.8M Seed round led by Hypersphere Ventures. Subsquid is based in Zug, Switzerland.
