- Juewu Technology
Participated · Series A · Mar 2026
Founded in 2020 in Shenzhen, Juewu Technology develops outdoor robots that combine a deformable chassis with interchangeable payload modules, enabling one platform to handle multiple field tasks. Its flagship machines include the Hechu T3000 for large-scale farmland work and the Jilu G3000 for orchard environments, both running on the same base architecture. The company reports more than 1 million kilometers of cumulative field testing across five major generations and nearly 40 minor iterations, with large-scale deployments already active in Xinjiang and Zhejiang. New applications are being piloted in urban settings such as snow removal through a collaboration with Tus Environmental. With rising labor shortages in agriculture worldwide, Juewu plans to expand into overseas markets including Europe, Australia and Canada, focusing this year on regional testing and regulatory compliance. Financially, the firm has just secured over RMB 100 million (≈US$14.4 million) in Series A capital to accelerate production and international rollout, adding to earlier backing from Richland Capital and Anker Innovations.
- Partner Robotics
Led · Series A · Nov 2025
Founded in 2023 by former Bright Dream Robotics CEO Kecheng Wang, Partner Robotics builds construction-focused robots powered by embodied intelligence. Its initial products—the Floor Tile Paving Robot P900 and the Intelligent Scribing Robot L3000—aim to replace labor-intensive processes with systems that work four-to-six times faster than humans while maintaining millimeter-level accuracy. The company’s technology stack combines a multi-sensor perception system, a cloud-based simulation platform fed with real-world construction data, a unified vision-and-motion control model, heavy-load robotic arms, and high-precision optical sensors. Since mid-2025, Partner Robotics has generated more than RMB 10 million (≈$1.4 million) in overseas orders and completed nearly 100,000 m² of tiling work, serving projects across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Future plans include expanding global distribution and service networks, scaling marketing campaigns, and broadening its product roadmap to cover the entire construction lifecycle. The new capital will also be used to fortify the company’s supply chain for quality, efficiency, and cost optimization. To date, Partner Robotics has raised roughly RMB 100 million (≈$14 million) across its angel and Series A rounds.
- Silicon Flow
Led · Series A · Feb 2025
Over the past year Silicon Mobile Technology has achieved explosive growth in the enterprise market, operating a Token-factory model to deliver efficient MaaS (model-as-a-service). The company reports daily token call volumes reaching tens of trillions and serves more than 10 million users and over 10,000 enterprise customers. Its revenue grew by more than 10x year-over-year, and its overseas business reached monthly revenues in the hundreds of thousands of U.S. dollars. The firm positions itself across the energy, chip, compute infrastructure, cloud services, large-model and scenario-application ecosystem and has attracted investment from leaders across those segments. The announcement did not disclose founding year or headquarters location.
- CYGNUSEMI
Participated · Series B · Apr 2024
Founded in October 2020, CYGNUSEMI (Shanghai Xinsi Semiconductor) develops full-scenario 5G/6G eMBB, RedCap and NTN baseband chips and system solutions that link terrestrial networks with low-earth-orbit satellites. Its first self-developed 5G eMBB chip, CS6810, achieved one-shot tape-out success in 2022, making the firm one of the few domestic players able to rival global giants such as Qualcomm and MediaTek. After pivoting toward low-orbit satellite internet, the company became the sole contractor for several national science projects and has completed end-to-end tests with major satellite constellations. CYGNUSEMI has already secured design-wins with two of the world’s top-six smartphone OEMs, two leading auto makers and multiple telecom-equipment providers, positioning it for large-scale commercial launches in the next 18-24 months. Financially, the firm raised a ¥100 m angel round in 2020, nearly ¥400 m Pre-A in 2021, >US$100 m Series A in early 2022 (valued at ~¥5 bn), and a ¥530 m down-round Series B in 2024 at a ¥3 bn pre-money valuation. The latest strategic financings lift the post-money valuation back above the unicorn threshold and provide fresh capital for product industrialization and mass production.
- Gongda Laser
Led · Series A · Jul 2022
Founded in December 2019, Shenzhen Gongda Laser is a Shenzhen-based manufacturer of green and ultraviolet fibre lasers. The company develops and produces lasers for industrial applications and related optical products. It completed a 100 million yuan Series B round led by Xiaomi, with Shanghai-listed LUSTER LightTech joining the round. Proceeds from the Series B will be used to expand production capacity and to ramp up R&D and marketing channels. The firm previously raised a 100 million yuan Series A in July 2022 backed by China Growth Capital and China Fortune-Tech Capital. The article reports the Series B as 100 million yuan ($14.5 million) and the prior Series A as 100 million yuan ($15 million). Founded in December 2019, Gongda Laser focuses on R&D, production and sales of advanced short-wavelength fiber lasers and laser precision‑processing solutions, concentrating on mid-to-high-power green and UV fiber lasers. Its current product portfolio includes 50–500W high‑power single‑mode green fiber lasers and 100–1000W MOPA single‑mode pulsed fiber lasers. The company recently launched a domestic 500W single‑mode quasi‑continuous green fiber laser (GNPL‑500‑50), positioned to replace foreign suppliers for PV panel manufacturing and other industrial applications. Gongda supplies core light sources and solutions to domestic and international photovoltaic, lithium‑battery and semiconductor laser equipment companies. It has expanded operations—moving offices and increasing production/manufacturing area to over 3,000 sqm—and plans to scale production capacity further. The company has completed three financing rounds in under three years and is using new proceeds to build production lines and advance kilowatt‑class green and ultrafast UV fiber laser R&D, manufacturing and market expansion.
