  • Qashier

    Led · Series A · Jun 2026

Qashier provides a single platform that integrates payments, business software, CRM and embedded financial services through more than 50 modules, supporting over 20 regional payment methods and owning an end-to-end payments stack. The company processes US$1 billion in annualised payment volume for more than 20,000 merchants across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. Qashier grew annualised recurring revenue 61% in 2025, secured a Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore in February 2025, and has been profitable every month since December 2025. It launched QashierLoans in June 2025, a revenue-based lending product underwritten on proprietary platform data that has disbursed more than US$10 million to over 100 SMEs. • BioactivX

    Led · Seed · Nov 2025

Bioactivx designs and manufactures Bioactiv Matrix, a fully synthetic skin substitute that mimics the body’s natural healing process while eliminating the infection risks and cultural limitations associated with animal-derived collagen and skin grafts. In pre-clinical studies the matrix achieved complete wound closure in seven days and showed no inflammation by day fifteen, outperforming leading collagen products; early human trials have also demonstrated faster, cleaner healing than the current standard of care. The company plans to leverage its proprietary synthetic regenerative platform to launch additional products, including Bioactiv Foam for acute and chronic wounds and Bioactiv Cellulose for ulcers and long-term care. Proceeds from its recent seed financing will accelerate global regulatory approval and commercialization of Bioactiv Matrix, expand the product pipeline, and scale a Singapore production facility built to ISO 13485 standards. By removing the need for animal materials or cold-chain logistics, Bioactivx targets hospitals, military units, and remote care settings worldwide. Each year more than 11 million people suffer burn injuries, a market the firm believes is underserved by current solutions. The $1.43 million seed round provides the capital runway for regulatory submissions and manufacturing scale-up.

  • Shomvob

    Led · Seed · Oct 2025

Founded in 2022, Shomvob operates a B2B job-tech and HR-tech platform that lets employers post openings, assess candidates, and manage payroll while enabling job seekers to create digital profiles, apply for roles, and access free, certificate-bearing upskilling courses. Its Android app, built in-house with machine-learning algorithms, has been downloaded more than 2 million times, processed over 6 million job applications, and now serves roughly 300,000 monthly active users out of 1.8 million registered job seekers. To date, the platform has facilitated more than 30,000 hires—about a third of them women—for over 2,000 corporate clients such as Foodpanda, Pathao, KFC, Berger, Singer, and SSL Commerz. Revenue comes from employer subscriptions (Tk 6,000 per month), placement fees equal to 80–100 % of a new hire’s first-month salary, and payroll management fees of Tk 800–1,200 per employee; the company reports six consecutive months of profitability. Shomvob collaborates with development partners like the Gates Foundation, UNICEF, Swisscontact, and Roots of Impact to deliver its skilling programs. Future plans include exporting Bangladeshi manpower to Middle Eastern markets via a tech-enabled, transparent migration process starting next year and expanding coverage to all 64 districts within three years.
