Founded in 2021 by Shubhika Jain alongside her sister Suramya Jain and mother Sangeeta Jain, RAS Luxury Skincare develops plant-based formulations marketed as premium, farm-to-face products. Its portfolio spans face elixirs, serums, and moisturisers crafted with high-potency essential oils and other nature-derived ingredients. The company reports a three-year revenue CAGR of roughly 75 % and an annual recurring revenue of about INR 100 crore, supported by over 500,000 customers and strong gross margins. With the new capital, RAS plans to accelerate its omnichannel expansion across its DTC website, e-commerce and quick-commerce marketplaces, exclusive brand outlets, hospitality tie-ups, and curated retail stores. Funds will also bolster R&D in active botanical science and the sourcing of farm-grown indigenous ingredients under its Farm-to-Face® approach. Management aims to build RAS into a leading Indian luxury skincare name while selectively expanding internationally.
