- Keiron
Led · Series A · Jul 2026
Keiron develops the HF2 LiFT Printer, a digital, non-contact platform that replaces traditional stencil printing, jet printing and SPI inspection in electronics assembly. The company reports first-pass yield improvements from an industry-typical ~60% to above 95%, a twofold reduction in production lead time, doubled production uptime, and programming that is ten times faster. Those performance gains target high-mix, low-to-medium-volume electronics production, with benefits cited for throughput, working capital and EBITDA. Keiron is a TNO spin-off and has attracted a mix of public and private investors in its recent Series A. The company plans to use the Series A proceeds to scale production and expand its market presence.
- Delft Circuits
Participated · Series A · Dec 2025
Delft Circuits focuses on Cri/oFlex®, a flexible, cryogenic high-density I/O system engineered to remove the performance and thermal bottlenecks that traditional cabling introduces in large-scale qubit machines. The technology is sold to quantum hardware builders and is now being integrated into dilution refrigerators through a partnership with Bluefors. The firm recently hired long-time Boston Consulting Group veteran Martin Danoesastro as CEO to steer its next growth phase. Fresh capital will fund continued product innovation, additional technical hires, and expanded manufacturing capacity. Management also intends to leverage new investor Paeonia Group’s network to enter North American and Asian markets. A next-generation Cri/oFlex® product roadmap has already been published, underscoring plans to stay ahead of emerging quantum-computing I/O requirements. Including the latest extension, Delft Circuits has raised €15 million ($17.5 million) to date.
- TracXon
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
TracXon has developed a roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing process and its R2R VIA Printer to print double-sided electronic circuits directly onto flexible, recyclable films, eliminating copper, solder, and toxic chemicals. The company offers printed electronics as a service and has attracted over 20 co-development partners and customers across more than 10 countries. TracXon plans to industrialise its hybrid printed electronics (HPE) technology and roll out its first commercial printer units by mid-2027. The startup aims to scale production and build custom equipment to cut costs and carbon emissions by as much as 80 percent, per its internal estimates. It targets applications in IoT, MedTech, automotive, consumer electronics, wearables, and embedded smart surfaces and has set a goal to replace at least 10% of PCBs by 2033.
- MicroAlign
Led · Seed · Jun 2024
MicroAlign is a photonics technology company focused on manufacturing fiber arrays that use patented micro-actuation to position individual fibers with nanometer-level accuracy, delivering sub-0.5 dB optical losses required for photonic quantum computing. Its active-alignment process is designed for high-volume, automated production, overcoming the limitations of traditional datacom and telecom fiber-array solutions. With demand for low-loss optical paths rising as quantum computers move from R&D to early commercial deployment, the company is scaling and automating its manufacturing line. MicroAlign plans to introduce a further-miniaturized platform in 2026 featuring 127 µm channel pitches to support denser photonic integrations. By 2029 it aims to supply a significant share of the global photonic quantum-computing market while expanding into other advanced photonics applications such as MEMS switches and optical amplifiers. Existing backers include PhotonDelta, DeepTechXL, Innovation Industries, Capital 819, and TU Eindhoven, with additional support from financing partners NWO, BSF, and Rabobank. The recent EIC Accelerator award provides both non-dilutive grant money and an equity component, giving the company fresh resources for industrial scale-up.
- SandGrain
Led · Seed · Feb 2024
SandGrain delivers CyberRock, a hybrid hardware-software security solution that embeds an immutable, globally unique ID inside every IoT device and pairs it with a secure cloud platform for real-time identity management. By replacing traditional, certificate-based approaches with a symmetric challenge-response scheme, the system offers post-quantum resilience while reducing total cost of ownership. The patented Root-of-Trust is pre-provisioned at manufacture, streamlining deployment for industrial, critical infrastructure, and aerospace & defense customers. CyberRock is already protecting devices in the field and is positioned for large-scale rollouts as new regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act and NIS2 Directive raise security requirements. The company emphasizes compliance with emerging standards as a key competitive advantage. Recent funding will be used to accelerate scaling and meet growing market demand for economical, future-proof IoT security. No revenue or user figures were disclosed in the article.
