- CERPRO
Participated · Seed · Nov 2025
Founded in 2023, Berlin-based CERPRO is building an intelligent quality management platform for manufacturers. Its first product, QualiSpec, uses computer vision and AI to detect, interpret, and structure features directly from technical drawings, creating digital inspection plans in minutes. Since the software’s market launch in December 2024, more than 100 small- and medium-sized enterprises in aerospace, medical devices, and mechanical engineering have adopted it, citing over 80 % faster quality processes and implementation times measured in days. The company is now extending its technology upstream into design-for-manufacture and predictive quality so potential issues can be flagged earlier in the product lifecycle. Future plans include linking quality data between OEMs and suppliers to provide industry-wide transparency and traceability. Recent funding has put the company on a path to accelerate product development, expand sales, and deepen its European footprint.
- Holy Technologies
Participated · Equity · Sep 2025
Founded in 2022, Hamburg-based Holy Technologies is developing an autonomous factory platform for lightweight composite parts, powered by an AI-led robotic fibre-placement process and its proprietary “Holy OS” software layer. The system precisely positions continuous fibres around pins, learning from every build cycle to cut labour, speed production, and enable closed-loop recycling that retains 97–98 % of carbon-fibre integrity. In trials the company delivers 20–30 % weight reductions versus traditional composites and up to 70–80 % versus metals, unlocking performance gains for customers in aerospace, premium automotive, orthopaedics, and energy sectors. Holy has already constructed a fully operational pilot line, secured offtake agreements for thousands of components, and partnered with leading OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. By automating what is today a largely manual process, the firm aims to return composite manufacturing competitiveness to Europe while advancing true circularity. Future plans include scaling the autonomous factory and expanding production capacity to meet customer demand. The €4.3 million capital raise provides the resources to industrialise the platform and move toward full-scale commercial deployment.
- RESONIKS
Participated · Seed · May 2024
RESONIKS develops an AI-powered acoustic sensor solution that detects anomalies in metal components by resonating objects and analysing their acoustic response. The company targets automotive and maritime quality-control applications and has deployed its solution across multiple factories in Europe, with particular emphasis on Germany. RESONIKS plans to launch a second product series in May 2024 that will add a fully integrated in-line system to its portfolio. The startup says the new product series and the funding will accelerate growth, enhance its product offering, and support team expansion. RESONIKS was founded in 2022 and is based in The Hague, Netherlands. The company is positioned as a software/hardware solution provider for industrial quality assurance.
