  • Nous anti-gaspi

    Participated · Equity · Dec 2025

Nous anti-gaspi focuses on sourcing and reselling products that are downgraded, surplus, or otherwise at risk of being discarded, allowing consumers to purchase them at discounted prices while reducing waste. The company positions itself as a specialist in destocking these goods, offering a branded product range under the Nous anti-gaspi label. It is now initiating a strategic shift, accompanied by a change in governance. As part of this transition, it has secured a €7 million capital increase. The fresh funds come largely from its long-standing backers, Creadev (the investment arm of the Mulliez family) and Eutopia. This new financing provides additional resources to support the company’s evolving strategy and operational needs.

  • Bastille

    Led · Equity · Oct 2023

Bastille is developing a low‑tech folding bicycle that uses 27.5‑inch wheels rather than the small 16‑inch wheels typical of many folders. Its folding system relies on moving the seat post, frame and stem—lifting the saddle, unlocking a lever on the frame brings the front and rear wheels side‑by‑side, and the stem can be removed for compactness. The bike weighs 15 kg, features a carbon-fiber Gates belt, a three-speed Sturmey‑Archer internal hub, integrated lights, an aluminum frame and a carbon fork, and will retail for €2,590. Bastille positions itself against Brompton and other urban-bike makers by offering a non‑electric product without motors, displays or Bluetooth to prioritize repairability and low maintenance. The founding team includes engineer Gilles Henry (who invented the Babyzen Yoyo folding mechanism) and Quentin Bernard (former Devialet GM for Europe). Manufacturing and design partners named in the article include Fritsch & Durisotti, Les Cycles Victoire, Expliseat and Cycleurope; frames will be produced in Angers and final assembly will take place in eastern France. The company has raised €10 million ($10.5M) from Eutopia and Ankaa Ventures and plans to make the bike available in mid‑2024.

  • I MAKE

    Participated · Equity · Jun 2020

Founded in 2019 by Elodie Abécassis, I MAKE operates an online marketplace that aggregates more than 50,000 items for DIY projects across categories like clothes, cosmetics, cleaning, cooking, gardening and decoration. The platform also hosts a community of around 50 content creators who provide tips, inspiration and user-shared creations on the site and social networks. I MAKE bundles supplies from many vendors so users do not need to visit multiple shops for a single project. The startup positions itself within the broader responsible-consumption and do-it-yourself trend, which it says was amplified during COVID-19 lockdowns. Using new funding, the company plans to accelerate technical development to offer more accessible, educational and higher-quality content, expand its product range, and hire additional team members in the coming months. The company recently raised €1.5 million to support these initiatives.

  • Pazzi

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2019

PAZZI develops fully autonomous pizza-production robots and a plug-and-play automated restaurant solution that aims to source quality ingredients, improve food traceability and safety, and deliver affordable pizzas at scale. The company combines robotics and automation with chef-designed recipes—working since 2017 with pizza world champion Thierry Graffagnino—to have robots replicate pizza-makers’ movements. PAZZI says six years of research have produced five patents and a roughly 15-person team of engineers and operators. With new funding the startup plans to strengthen R&D teams and industrial partnerships to build its next-generation robots. It will also open its first 100% autonomous pilot restaurant in the Paris region (Val d’Europe shopping centre) in September. The broader mission is to create a European champion in automated fast food and to offer healthier alternatives to junk food using advanced robotics.
