Founded in 2019, Mükellef Teknoloji offers a comprehensive suite of digital accounting, tax and regulatory tools that span company formation, e-invoicing, e-ledger, pre-accounting software, tax management, virtual office services, trademark registration, online bank account opening and payment solutions. Its flagship Mükellef app focuses on company formation and management in Türkiye, while the Workhy brand helps founders incorporate and manage companies in the United States, United Kingdom and several European markets. The company also operates Robom, an AI-powered pre-accounting product that handles e-invoicing, e-signatures and financial reporting. In June 2024 the startup was valued at US$20 million during a prior funding event. Mükellef generates revenue by providing subscription-based access to its digital back-office and compliance services, facilitating easier financial operations for micro-enterprises and SMEs. With the latest capital infusion, management plans to scale its existing digital accounting offerings and build new tax-tech products tailored for the U.S. and U.K. markets. CEO and co-founder Kenan Açıkelli stated that the funds will accelerate product development and international expansion.

Seederal develops a 160‑horsepower electric tractor and has prototyped an initial unit with support from prior investors. The company plans to use new funding to continue R&D, accelerate hiring and deliver a production-ready 160‑hp tractor by 2026. Its product targets the medium-power agricultural segment (100–200 hp), which represents a deep European market. Seederal positions its tractors as a decarbonization tool, estimating a reduction of 15–20 tonnes of CO2 per unit per year (about the annual emissions of 17 cars). The startup highlights the tractor’s role across all cultivation stages and aims to provide energy- and emissions-saving machinery at scale. Earlier support from Bpifrance, Région Bretagne and Crédit Agricole du Finistère helped fund the prototype phase.

Aria offers an embedded invoice financing platform that buys suppliers’ invoices and embeds financing via a single API into marketplaces, ERP systems, and vertical SaaS, enabling suppliers to be paid immediately while buyers retain usual payment terms. The platform handles identity checks, credit assessments, collections, insurance and payments, and adapts to local rules, currencies and payment methods across Europe. Since launching in 2020 it has financed over €1.5 billion in invoices and reports a default rate below 0.1%. Aria financed 1.7 million invoice advances in 2025 and over 1.1 million more so far in 2026, and currently powers more than 70 European B2B marketplaces and freelance platforms, including Malt and Job&Talent. The company plans to expand its presence in sectors with acute late-payment problems such as transportation, manufacturing and construction. Its positioning emphasizes embedding infrastructure (one API, no redirects or separate signups) to increase predictability of cash flow for SMB suppliers.
