  • Aria

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Aria offers an embedded invoice financing platform that buys suppliers’ invoices and embeds financing via a single API into marketplaces, ERP systems, and vertical SaaS, enabling suppliers to be paid immediately while buyers retain usual payment terms. The platform handles identity checks, credit assessments, collections, insurance and payments, and adapts to local rules, currencies and payment methods across Europe. Since launching in 2020 it has financed over €1.5 billion in invoices and reports a default rate below 0.1%. Aria financed 1.7 million invoice advances in 2025 and over 1.1 million more so far in 2026, and currently powers more than 70 European B2B marketplaces and freelance platforms, including Malt and Job&Talent. The company plans to expand its presence in sectors with acute late-payment problems such as transportation, manufacturing and construction. Its positioning emphasizes embedding infrastructure (one API, no redirects or separate signups) to increase predictability of cash flow for SMB suppliers.

  • Seapoint

    Led · Seed · Apr 2026

Seapoint provides a financial operations management platform that integrates accounting, treasury, payroll, expense management and reporting into a single system for startups. The company also offers embedded financial products including multi-currency accounts, payments, cards, treasury and FX to help customers consolidate fragmented finance stacks. Led by CEO Sean Mullaney and based in Dublin, Seapoint has positioned itself as an AI-native solution for automating financial administrative tasks. The business has raised €7.5M in Seed funding in April 2026, bringing total funding to €10M in just over a year. Proceeds from the latest round are planned for expanding operations and accelerating development efforts. Michael McFadgen of lead investor 13books will join Seapoint’s board.

  • Blockbrain

    Led · Series A · Feb 2026

Founded in 2022, Blockbrain develops a responsible AI platform that lets enterprises build digital “knowledge twins” capturing employee expertise, processes, and decision logic. These Knowledge Bots deliver institutional know-how across teams while minimising hallucinations through a security-first, ISO 27001-certified, GDPR-compliant architecture that meets EU AI Act requirements. The system’s multi-model design avoids vendor lock-in and keeps sensitive data under customer control. Commercial traction is strong: Blockbrain reported five-fold revenue growth in 2025 and counts Bosch, Roland Berger, Kärcher, and other regulated-sector leaders as clients. An independent Giesecke+Devrient benchmark awarded the solution 92/105 points, outperforming rival enterprise AI offerings. With fresh capital, the company will deepen investment in security, governance, and compliance, add specialised AI agents with fallback mechanisms, and scale EU & UK go-to-market by hiring Forward-Deployed AI Engineers. Total funding now stands at €23 million, positioning Blockbrain to address structural talent shortages and productivity gaps in knowledge-intensive industries.

  • Bitstack

    Led · Series A · Dec 2025

Founded in April 2021 and based in Paris, Bitstack offers a mobile application that helps users save in Bitcoin via recurring plans and automatic round-ups on spending. The company reports more than 300,000 active users and over €300 million saved in Bitcoin, and says its revenue grew 2.5x in 2025. Bitstack has been granted PSCA (Prestataire de Services sur Crypto-Actifs) accreditation by the AMF (A2025-003) under the MiCA framework and is supported by Y Combinator. Upcoming product and expansion plans funded by the recent raise include a euro account with a French IBAN, a Visa debit card with up to 1% back in Bitcoin, and geographic expansion into Germany, Spain, Italy and the Benelux. The company also plans to recruit roughly twenty new positions to support growth.

  • Model ML

    Participated · Series A · Nov 2025

Model ML, founded by brothers Chaz and Arnie Englander and based in London and New York, provides AI automation software for financial services that routes tasks to the AI model best suited to each job. The company works with banks, asset managers and advisory firms to automate workflows across research, due diligence, financial analysis and document creation, and lists Deloitte and PwC among its clients. Model ML emerged from stealth with $12M in initial funding, raised a $75M Series A led by FT Partners last year, and has now raised more than $100M in total. The firm emphasizes a model-agnostic orchestration approach rather than relying on a single model. Management says it will use new funding to expand sales and win more banking and asset-manager customers. HSBC Asset Management has joined the cap table via its VC strategy.
