The company targets applications across telecommunications, space, automotive, robotics and renewable energy sectors. Founded at the end of 2025 and led by president Arnault Trac, Hit Mag is based in Brest. The startup plans to use the €1.6 million raised to finance the industrialization of its technologies. • Seaber

    Participated · Equity · Oct 2025

Founded in 2020 in Lorient, Seaber designs and builds compact autonomous underwater vehicles (micro-AUVs) that can dive to 300 metres and operate for 8–10 hours while carrying interchangeable payloads such as cameras, sonars and scientific sensors. The 20-person company controls both hardware and software, enabling rapid deployment and high modularity. In less than three years, it has industrialised its first model and sold more than 100 units on every continent, serving oceanography, water-quality monitoring and defense customers. Management reports that revenue has been doubling annually and is aiming for €8 million of sales in 2025 and 100 drones sold per year globally by 2030. Growth is further supported by strategic partnerships, including a collaboration with U.S. water-management giant Xylem on the EcoMapper Nano. Fresh capital will fund accelerated international expansion and deeper penetration of scientific and defense markets.

  • SEEDERAL Technologies

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2024

Seederal develops a 160‑horsepower electric tractor and has prototyped an initial unit with support from prior investors. The company plans to use new funding to continue R&D, accelerate hiring and deliver a production-ready 160‑hp tractor by 2026. Its product targets the medium-power agricultural segment (100–200 hp), which represents a deep European market. Seederal positions its tractors as a decarbonization tool, estimating a reduction of 15–20 tonnes of CO2 per unit per year (about the annual emissions of 17 cars). The startup highlights the tractor’s role across all cultivation stages and aims to provide energy- and emissions-saving machinery at scale. Earlier support from Bpifrance, Région Bretagne and Crédit Agricole du Finistère helped fund the prototype phase.

  • 52 Hertz

    Participated · Equity · Apr 2024

52 Hertz is a small startup founded in September 2020 by brothers Jonas and Gabriel Guerche in Plouzané (Finistère). The company (4 employees) is developing the Talky-Divy, described as the first vocal communication device for scuba diving. The device is directly adaptable to existing scuba regulators and aims to make diving safer, more enjoyable, and more convenient without changing divers’ equipment. 52 Hertz positions itself as a services and consulting company in IT while building this hardware product. The company plans to use new funding to finalize product development and to structure its commercial organization. The raise represents an early funding step to transition from development toward market entry.

  • ANOZR WAY

    Participated · Series A · Mar 2024

Anozr Way builds tools to detect and remediate social‑engineering attacks by evaluating and managing the digital footprint of employees and company leaders. The platform reproduces the reconnaissance phase used by cybercriminals to identify the most exposed people within an organization. Its solutions enable CISOs and IT security teams to assess, supervise and reduce risk, while allowing employees to remediate their own exposure. The company was awarded the Startup prize at FIC 2023. Financially, Anozr Way completed a €6M Series A following an initial €2M round in 2021. It plans to recruit 30 people this year and push international development, prioritizing opening offices in Montreal and then the United States. Anozr Way develops a cyberdefense platform that combines artificial intelligence and open-source intelligence to predict and correct human-centered cyber risks, notably social engineering. The solution enables company leaders to anticipate and manage human vulnerabilities that attackers exploit and provides employees tools to protect their professional and personal digital lives. The founders, Alban Ondrejeck (former French intelligence officer) and Philippe Luc (former insurance executive), launched the company in 2019 and operate from Rennes. The startup highlights that human-exploited flaws account for 63% of cyberattacks and centers its product development on that vector. With the new funding, Anozr Way plans to accelerate deployment, improve its AI performance, and expand its data-referencing and multi-source analysis capabilities. The product positioning targets organizations seeking to strengthen defenses against increasingly common social-engineering attacks.
