Frenos provides an OT security platform that builds a digital twin of a customer's network and uses its AI reasoning agent, SAIRA, to run fully simulated penetration tests that mimic attacker behavior without scanning hardware or risking production. The platform prioritizes exploitable attack paths and reduces assessment time from months to minutes with zero operational impact. Frenos reported strong growth metrics: ARR up more than 10x since early 2025, 215% revenue growth in H1 2026, a 2.7x year-over-year increase in pipeline, a fivefold rise in average deal size, and 2026 bookings already quadrupling full-year 2025. In one customer environment, SAIRA analyzed over 12,000 OT vulnerability findings and surfaced the eight that were actually exploitable, cutting remediation noise by 99.9%. The company is launching SAIRA Co-Work to provide a persistent OT security co-worker and is researching a next-generation foundation model for long-context reasoning and autonomous workflows. Xaba develops AI 'synthetic brains' that give industrial robots and cobots cognition and awareness without coding. Its core product, xCognition, enables robots to autonomously generate programs and execute complex tasks such as welding, drilling, assembling, and additive manufacturing. Xaba also offers xTrude, which optimizes large-scale FDM 3D printing to prevent delamination, collapse, and distortion and to fine-tune print parameters in real time. The company says its AI has improved aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing workflows by eliminating costly rework and manual adjustments, with use cases in aluminum casting/forging optimization, large-scale robotic drilling, and robotic welding. Xaba plans to use the newly raised funds to accelerate deployment of AI-powered robotics and cognitive industrial control systems. The company is led by CEO Massimiliano Moruzzi. Xaba builds AI-driven cognitive software platforms (xCognition and xTrude) that model the elasto-mechanical-dynamic behavior of robotics and workpiece variances to automate robot programming and deployment. The company is offering a self-install retrofit product and is running a Beta program in which retrofit upgrades are being offered at no cost. Oloid positions its solution as a SaaS-style replacement for hardware-centric access control to reduce capital expenditure and installation friction. The company plans to use new funding to expand its retrofit access control product portfolio and to build nationwide sales and marketing operations. Mohit Garg, Co-founder and CEO, said the round will help extend compatibility with a wider range of badge readers and access control systems. Oloid offers a COVID-era contactless biometrics platform, FaceVault, that enables frictionless facial authentication for time clocks, doors and turnstiles without replacing existing infrastructure. The platform detects PPE face masks and can prompt for voice recognition or QR codes when confidence is low; it also supports temperature scanning to identify elevated body temperature at access points. Oloid integrates with standard tablets, leading time-and-attendance systems and most physical access control systems (PACS). The company emerged from stealth and launched nationwide after a private beta begun in 2018 that included thousands of workers and deployments with customers such as Flex. Oloid emphasizes a privacy-forward architecture: facial images are converted to encrypted numerical codes, source images are discarded, and end-users can manage consent and view identity-use logs. The company recently closed a $5M seed round and is headquartered in Sunnyvale, CA.

The company is headquartered in Portland, Maine. HighByte builds a DataOps solution purpose-built for industrial environments, targeting data architecture and security challenges created by Industry 4.0 at the Edge. The product is designed to manage assets, products, and processes at the Edge to improve industrial data flows and security. The company was co-founded by John Harrington, Tony Paine and Torey Penrod-Cambra and is based in Portland, Maine.
