ION Mobility combines hardware and software with human-centred design to deliver smart electric motorbikes and energy charging and storage solutions. Led by Founder and CEO James Chan, the company launched its M1-S electric scooter in Jakarta in November 2022. The M1-S launch coincided with a broad MOU with Indonesia’s national grid operator PLN to expand charging infrastructure and pursue fast-charging research and user outreach. ION says it will invest the new funds into Indonesia to grow its local team, sales and marketing presence, supply chain networks, production tooling and manufacturing capabilities. TVS Motor Company will provide ecosystem support to help ION succeed in the Singapore and Indonesian electric two-wheeler markets. Since 2020 the company has raised over US$25.5 million in total capital.

Summer International identifies influential social creators and uses social media and live-commerce data to incubate and launch beauty, skincare and wellness brands. The company was founded in Singapore in 2018 and is based in Los Angeles and South Korea, operating across the United States, South Korea, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia. It was launched alongside influencer-marketing firm Gushcloud International and leverages its own supply chain plus a network of live-commerce and social-commerce distributors, mainly micro-influencers in Southeast Asia. Brands are sold via e-commerce platforms, social and live-commerce channels, big-box stores, and its proprietary Summer.store social commerce network. Summer has incubated brands including Baby Face with Singaporean influencer Jamie Chua (over 1.2 million followers) and HANJAN, a wellness brand that launched at Coachella and partnered with Nicole Scherzinger. The company uses engagement, pricing and demographic data from its distribution network to inform product development and help creators launch market-fit products.

AAG Ventures operates a Play-to-Earn guild and is developing P2E and Learn-to-Earn platforms that let players earn crypto while playing and learning transferable skills. Easy Crypto plans to use new capital to expand into additional markets, notably Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Founded in June 2008 by CEO Angga Dwimas Sasongko, Visinema produces TV shows, feature films, commercials and other content and controls much of the content lifecycle from concept to distribution and monetization. The company is organized into segments including Visinema Pictures for theatrical releases, Visinema Content for streaming platforms (Netflix, iFlix, Gojek's GoPlay) and Visinema Campus, a talent development program. Its clients have included Unilever, Toyota and Honda. Visinema plans to grow its animation production by partnering with or acquiring Indonesian animation studios and aims to release its first animated feature film, Nussa, this year; Nussa began as characters developed for YouTube. The company intends to expand into more Southeast Asian markets and to target international streaming services entering Indonesia such as Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Catchplay. Financially, Visinema raised a $3.25 million Series A led by Intudo Ventures, bringing total disclosed funding to $5.25 million including an earlier seed from GDP Ventures.
