  • Duely

    Led · Equity · Jun 2026

Duely developed AI capabilities for virtual data rooms and document-intensive M&A workflows and originally positioned itself as an API-first technology company. In early 2026 the startup expanded beyond software to deliver legal services directly to clients, positioning itself as an AI-native legal service provider for M&A transactions. Its offerings include data room preparation, legal due diligence, and transaction-related document review, combining AI-driven workflows with legal oversight. The company counts clients such as Corporatewise, FincoEnergies, team.blue, and Sofindev. With the €1.1 million raise, Duely plans to accelerate European growth and further develop its proprietary AI platform to strengthen its market position.

  • Peak Quantum

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2026

Founded in 2024 as a spin-off from the Walther-Meißner-Institute at the Technical University of Munich, Peak Quantum develops superconducting quantum processors designed with intrinsic error resilience at the hardware level. The company's architecture aims to reduce reliance on complex post-processing error correction by integrating error protection into the physical qubits. Peak Quantum plans to establish a European pilot manufacturing line and has been selected to operate the SUPREME pilot facility, with operations slated to begin in April 2026. Financially, the company raised €2.2 million in a pre-seed round and, together with public support including EU Chips Act funding, has amassed over €5 million in total funding. The new capital is earmarked for further qubit development and to support the pilot production line efforts. The founding team combines scientists and experienced entrepreneurs with expertise across chip design, fabrication and system integration.

  • Orq.ai

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2025

Founded in 2022 and based in Amsterdam, Orq.ai offers a unified control layer that covers the entire AI agent lifecycle—from experimentation and evaluation to observability, governance, and runtime. The platform is designed to close the "production gap" that often prevents enterprise AI prototypes from operating reliably at scale, giving engineering teams clarity on model behaviour, data flows, and regulatory compliance. Its architecture lets customers run AI workloads on their own infrastructure, satisfy data-residency requirements, and reduce dependence on external providers—features that resonate with highly regulated industries and the public sector. Unlike point solutions focused on a single step, Orq.ai bundles experimentation, AI gateway, monitoring, and governance in a single environment, simplifying industrial-grade deployments. With regulatory pressures such as GDPR and the forthcoming EU AI Act intensifying, the company positions itself as essential infrastructure for compliant AI operations. To date, Orq.ai has raised a total of €7.3 million. The newly secured capital will be used to grow its engineering, enterprise sales, and customer-success teams, deepen its European footprint, and kick-start expansion in North America.

  • Cariqa

    Participated · Seed · Jul 2025

Cariqa offers a full‑stack payments and dynamic pricing platform designed specifically for EV charging, replacing fragmented apps, cards and legacy billing systems with a unified infrastructure layer. Its platform gives operators a single dashboard for real‑time control and delivers one clear price to drivers on every session. It integrates directly with existing systems and supports major charging workflows so operators can streamline without replacing their tech stack. Cariqa positions itself as Europe’s first end‑to‑end payment platform for EV charging networks and emphasizes removing intermediaries to reduce costs and increase transparency. The company is already trusted by major charge point operators including Pfalzwerke, EWE Go, Qwello, Q1 and Mer. Cariqa plans to use its new funding to expand across key European markets, grow its product and engineering teams, and onboard large operators, vehicle manufacturers and fleet providers. Cariqa offers a consumer-facing marketplace that directly connects electric vehicle (EV) drivers with charge point operators (CPOs) to deliver transparent pricing and easier access to charging. The platform launched in September 2024 and already partners with CPOs across Europe, providing access to over 420,000 charging stations in 30 European countries. Key features include optimal charge point discovery, EV routing, and the option to connect the EV for more detailed consumption models and alerts. Cariqa’s product aims to address low CPO utilization—reported as low as 3%—and the margin pressure CPOs face when selling energy through intermediaries. The company plans to use its recent funding to develop the marketplace further and initiate a broader rollout across Europe. CEO Issam Tidjani frames the mission as creating a fairer and more efficient charging market that boosts CPO utilization and delivers transparent prices to drivers.

  • Sirius Technologies

    Participated · Seed · Apr 2025

beSirius builds a sustainability intelligence platform for heavy industries, including metals, mining, and industrial manufacturing. Its core product is the "Sustainability Twin," a digital representation that consolidates qualitative and quantitative sustainability data into a continuously updated, machine-readable profile accessible via AI. The platform replaces static reporting with AI-driven insights that can automatically respond to investor, regulator, and customer requests while surfacing gaps and risks to guide procurement, investment, and strategic planning. The company raised €3M in seed funding led by NAP to accelerate development. With the new funding beSirius plans to scale its AI infrastructure, expand platform capabilities, and deepen integrations with supply chain partners, auditors, and financial institutions. The team has grown from three founders to 17 employees and has established a footprint in Europe and North America; the founding team brings over two decades of industrial technology and sustainability experience. Sirius is a cleantech startup founded in 2022 by Anastasia Kuskova, Sergey Tyan, and Seva Martynov and is based in Amsterdam. The company offers a sustainability management platform whose core feature, the Sustainability Twin™, aggregates sustainability and ESG data into a single accessible profile for metals and mining firms. The platform is designed to simplify ESG data handling, enhance sustainability team efficiency, automate data sharing, and provide insights into stakeholder needs. Sirius will use the newly raised funds to accelerate development and rollout of its AI 'Sustainability Twin' to reduce time spent on sustainability data management. The company recently closed an oversubscribed €1.2 million pre-seed round in January 2024. Investors in the round include Fund F, BlackWood, WEPA Ventures, Techstars, and select angel investors.
