- Structify
Participated · Seed · Apr 2025
Structify provides a chat-driven platform and in-house models that crawl web and document sources to build custom datasets tailored to specific business questions. Customers specify data schemas, sources, and deploy AI agents to find, extract, and shape data, with every agent backed by human-in-the-loop QA. The product targets use cases across finance, construction, and enterprise tech, from extracting fields from pitch decks to turning geotechnical documents into tables and surfacing chain-of-command data for sales. Structify offers free and paid tiers — the free tier provides 1,000 rows of data per month, while pro and enterprise customers can fine-tune and deploy custom models on their own servers with advanced analytics and enterprise-grade security. The company emphasizes quality and accuracy via its state-of-the-art in-house model to avoid AI hallucinations and stale data. Structify plans to use its new funding to grow its technical team and refine its core model while building AI-driven workflows on top of its datasets.
- FirmPilot
Participated · Seed · Jan 2024
FirmPilot develops a patent-pending AI Legal Marketing Engine that analyzes more than 5 million pieces of legal marketing content and a proprietary database of 3,000+ legal cases to automate SEO, PPC, local search, digital PR, and website optimization for law firms. Since launching in 2023, the platform has generated tens of thousands of qualified leads for U.S. firms, driving case-volume increases of over 180% for clients. Competitive blueprinting technology continuously monitors rivals’ online activity, while AI agents handle content creation and campaign adjustments, providing real-time ROI dashboards. The company reports rapid growth, serving a market of 425,000+ U.S. law firms that traditionally rely on costly, low-ROI agencies. With total funding now at $27.25 million, FirmPilot plans to release a next-generation AI model—ten times larger than its current version—by Q3 2026 to deepen content capabilities and shorten time to ROI. It is also building direct integrations with leading case-management systems to tie marketing spend to case outcomes and enable precise revenue attribution. These initiatives aim to position FirmPilot as an end-to-end revenue operations command center for legal practices.

- Econic One
Led · Equity · Jul 2022
Econic One develops and assembles smart electric bicycles with integrated proprietary hardware and software, including an app for consumers and fleet-management software for business customers. Its bikes are hand-assembled, customizable by frame color and tire size, and the company says its models feature the first integrated battery, engine, and GPS system; a single charge can provide roughly 140km of range. The company also offers related services such as purchase financing and insurance, and emphasizes in-house R&D to accelerate feature integration. Econic One grew to a 70-person team spread across hubs in Bulgaria, Germany, and the USA and reported a 500% increase in ARR last year. Management projects potential production of about 30,000 bicycles annually and—at an average price of ~€2K per bike—an estimated annual revenue of around €60M if the market continues to grow. With the new funding the company plans to expand sales into the DACH region and the USA, strengthen R&D, production, and technology teams, and accelerate bicycle and software product development.
- Qwoted
Participated · Seed · Jun 2021
Qwoted is a freemium CommTech platform that uses AI to match journalists with vetted sources, PRs, and small businesses to streamline media sourcing and reduce off-target pitches. The platform reports nearly 40,000 users to date, including over 200 paying users, and lists customers such as Salesforce, IBM, Bank of America, Edelman and major universities. Qwoted says its revenues have grown nearly 2,000% over the past 12 months. Since launching in April 2019 the company has prioritized helping small businesses via a Small Business Hub and maintains a media advisory board of reporters and journalism experts to guide product development. Qwoted plans to use the new funding to enhance its technology capabilities and to hire sales, marketing and media-success talent to build brand awareness and onboard new customers. Qwoted is a freemium business expert platform created by Vested that connects reporters with PR professionals and vetted sources. Launched in Q3 last year as a separate entity using technology developed by Vested, it enables reporters from major outlets to submit expert source requests—over 1,000 requests have been submitted to date. Agency users include representatives from Weber Shandwick, Edelman, Hill & Knowlton, FleishmanHillard and FTI. The platform offers no-cost subscriptions with robust features and premium tiers that unlock the full suite of capabilities for communications professionals. Terms of the investment were not disclosed and Qwoted will be governed by a five-person board including Dan Simon, Binna Kim and Seth Rosenstein alongside new appointees Jennifer Prosek and Russell Sherman.
