  • Natural

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Natural builds payment infrastructure that lets autonomous AI agents execute financial actions such as paying vendors, collecting payments, and transacting with other agents or humans. The startup redesigns financial rails to support agent-initiated transactions that traditional systems (credit cards, ACH) were not built for. Founded in 2025 by Kahlil Lalji with co-founders including Eric Wang and Walt Leung, Natural has operated in beta while making core architectural decisions. The company plans to support both traditional bank payments and USD-backed stablecoins as part of its architecture. Natural has attracted senior talent from fintech firms like Stripe, Ramp, and Square to accelerate product development. With $40 million in total funding after the Series A, the company is positioning itself to compete with incumbents such as Stripe and emerging rivals in the agentic payments space.

  • Oratomic

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Oratomic is developing both hardware and software for fault-tolerant, utility-scale quantum computers using a neutral-atom qubit architecture. The company argues, based on research with Caltech collaborators, that utility-scale systems may be achievable with roughly 10,000 reconfigurable neutral-atom qubits, and co-founder Manuel Endres has demonstrated arrays of about 6,000 trapped atomic qubits. Led by CEO Dolev Bluvstein, the founding team includes researchers from Caltech, UC Berkeley, Harvard, Amazon and Google, and notable scientists such as John Preskill and Manuel Endres. Oratomic is working on error-correction theory, cryogenic chip packaging, algorithm development and scaling fabrication, and coordinates efforts through global developer networks. The company raised $300 million in a Series A to accelerate hardware fabrication, algorithmic research and to grow its physics and engineering teams. Oratomic has highlighted that sufficiently capable fault-tolerant machines could threaten current public-key encryption and said a fault-tolerant quantum computer is plausible by the end of the decade.

  • Baba

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Baba is a patient advocacy platform focused on Medicare and Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, pairing each user with a dedicated human advocate—typically a nurse or social worker—who handles insurance issues, scheduling, paperwork, and care coordination. Complementing this personal support, the company offers a phone- and text-based AI companion that delivers daily engagement, reminders, and early warnings when barriers to care emerge, enabling faster advocate intervention. Baba partners with nursing homes, home care agencies, and home health organizations nationwide to introduce its service during care transitions. Since launch, the platform has helped more than 6,000 families navigate complex healthcare journeys. The company is currently enrolling in an IRB-approved clinical study with Johns Hopkins to evaluate clinical and claims outcomes of its model. Proceeds from its recent seed financing will fund expansion of its Medicare-covered services, deepen provider and health-system partnerships, and further embed advocacy throughout the care continuum. Financially, Baba has secured over $6.5 million in seed capital to accelerate these initiatives.

The company plans to acquire 25 top-tier agencies in the next year and aims to manage $1 billion in premiums within 24 months.
