The company began operations in 2019 and has worked with 30 high-impact organizations, including Nestlé, Kavak and Bitso, serving more than 64,000 employees and family members. Cuéntame reports up to a 60% reduction in turnover of key talent and a 40% improvement in worker well-being among client companies, and says 70% of users accessed mental health tools for the first time through employer adoption. The startup plans to strengthen expansion mainly in Mexico, Colombia and Chile and to accelerate region-wide growth. It positions its anonymous data and HR-aligned insights as central to preventing presenteeism, absenteeism and loss of productivity.

Founders Luis Mario Garcia and Javier Gonzalez pivoted to owning fulfillment and inventory themselves to control the end-to-end customer experience.

The startup intends to use new funding to enter new markets, grow its team and integrate with more companies in the fragmented Latin American logistics industry. The two co‑founders met at a Stanford program and cite 10 years of industry expertise, with CEO Maximiliano Casal having worked at a long‑standing freight forwarder.
