Care.fi plans to use recent funding to expand to more Indian cities and to enter the U.S. and Middle Eastern markets while continuing to invest in product development. Financially, the company has raised approximately $5 million previously and closed an $8 million Series A in 2026 consisting of equity and debt. Care.fi was founded in 2021 by Vikrant Agrawal and Sidak Singh and is headquartered in Gurugram.

Borderless, formerly known as Stockal, runs a cross-border investing platform that continues to trade under the Stockal brand. The service allows affluent individuals in emerging markets to invest abroad and, through forthcoming product extensions, aims to help them save on travel, education, and healthcare expenses. The Bangalore-based company works with more than 100 financial institutions and fintech partners and currently supports over 160,000 global capital accounts. To date it has processed US$2 billion in transaction volume and serves customers across 18+ countries. Borderless has raised roughly INR 100 crore in cumulative funding from investors such as July Ventures, AROA Ventures, HDFC, and Hashed Ventures. Management is in discussions for a prospective INR 120 crore Series B round to commercialize its expanded offering. The freshly secured bridge capital will primarily fund additional product development.

MatchLog Solutions provides container logistics and supply-chain optimization that triangulates import containers with export requirements to reduce empty container trips and eliminate needless dry runs. Its platform aims to improve carbon efficiency and sustainability in container logistics. The company plans to expand its reach and scale across India to maximize transport logistics and container utilization. MatchLog projects handling roughly 4–5 million containers a year as part of that expansion. The firm claims this scale would cut about 200,000 metric tonnes of carbon emissions annually and eliminate 10 billion km of needless travel worldwide. Raised funds are intended to boost market presence, strengthen strategic alliances, and deepen cooperation within international port and shipping communities.
