GoSats operates a fintech rewards platform that combines traditional finance and the digital economy to enable consumers to earn asset-based rewards like Bitcoin and Gold on everyday transactions. The company facilitates passive value accumulation and access to alternative asset classes through partnerships with brands such as Flipkart and Google. Led by CEO Mohammed Roshan and backed by investors including Y Combinator, GoSats reports an annualised GMV of $40M and has distributed over INR 50 crores in Bitcoin and Gold rewards to users. • Lux Aeterna

    Led · Seed · Mar 2026

Lux Aeterna is developing what it calls the world’s first fully reusable satellite platform, combining a flight-proven conical heatshield with a modular satellite bus to enable atmospheric reentry, rapid ground overhaul, and repeat launches. The company’s vertically integrated system is intended to support new mission profiles including orbital computing, in-orbit maintenance, space manufacturing, hypersonic testing, and rapid payload return. Lux Aeterna aims to establish a two-way orbital logistics cycle and a circular economy in space. It completed a $10 million seed round led by Konvoy to accelerate development of its demonstration vehicle and has drawn interest from investors such as Space Capital. The company is targeting a demonstration mission in 2027 to validate its reusable platform and operational model.

  • Seasats

    Led · Series A · Feb 2026

Seasats develops autonomous surface vessels that can operate for weeks or months, tackling the “dull” but mission-critical tasks of persistent maritime surveillance, port security, and coastal patrol. Its flagship long-endurance craft has completed both trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic crossings, while its interceptor platform has run continuous week-long operations, validating reliability and range. The company combines commercial manufacturing agility with defense-grade robustness to deliver cost-effective, scalable maritime autonomy. Demand is accelerating: Seasats has landed more than $100 million in U.S. government contracts, including awards from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and the Department of War’s APFIT program. To date, the firm has raised over $40 million in venture funding. Fresh capital will expand production capacity, open new facilities, launch additional product lines, and grow the team to meet surging domestic and international interest. Headquartered in San Diego, Seasats positions itself as a key enabler of maritime domain awareness and risk reduction for both military and commercial customers.

  • k-ID

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2024

k-ID builds a compliance platform that helps game developers and publishers meet child safety and data privacy regulations across markets. Its product is delivered via APIs or a mobile SDK that connects to games and lets developers quickly customize experiences to comply with regional laws and cultural nuances. Features include single sign-on for kids, QR-code guardian workflows to unlock features, a unified guardian console to manage a child's gaming, and options to let guardians approve or deny AI content or tools. The company plans to use the Series A funding to build out its platform and scale its product to support more developers and markets. k-ID raised $45 million in a Series A round, bringing total funding to $51 million. Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed led the round, with participation from Okta, Z Venture Capital, Konvoy Ventures and TIRTA Ventures. The company has positioned itself to address rapidly evolving global regulation around kids and teens in online games. k-ID offers an API- and SDK-based solution that identifies how a child is defined by law in each market and lets developers configure game experiences by age, location and digital maturity. Its product can power parent consent flows, a family portal, and a compliance-focused database for publishers without needing access to game code. The company’s core features include signals to customize chat, loot boxes, leaderboards and profiles according to local rules and parental approvals. k-ID entered early access in November 2023 with publishers across the U.S., Europe, Japan, Korea and China and is now generally available. Pricing starts at free and scales with the number of active players per title; publishers can also pay for the compliance database or family-portal functionality. The remotely distributed team is led by co-founder and CEO Kieran Donovan and includes executives from Google, Meta, Tencent, Take-Two, Microsoft and other gaming and privacy backgrounds. k-ID is backed by a total of $5.4 million from pre-seed and seed rounds last year.

  • Pok Pok

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2024

Pok Pok builds play-based learning experiences for preschoolers through its app Pok Pok Playroom, which offers 17 "digital toy" play experiences (drawing, shape interaction, dress-up, dinosaurs and more). The product was incubated inside Snowman and the team includes Mathijs Demaeght (VP of design), Esther Huybreghts (chief creative officer) and CEO Melissa Cash. Since its May 2021 debut the app has surpassed one million downloads, reached six-figure monthly recurring revenue, and the business has grown 5x year-over-year with a 9x increase in subscribers over the past year. Pok Pok previously raised a $3 million seed round and has now closed a $6 million Series A. With the new capital the company plans to expand to Android later this fall and add STEM-based activities targeted to the preschool crowd alongside its existing playful experiences. The team also made allocation changes and executed a second close to bring women investors onto the cap table. Pok Pok is a Toronto-based edtech startup that builds play-based digital learning experiences for young children after spinning out of Snowman in 2019. Its flagship product, Pok Pok Playroom, launched in May 2021 and features six open-ended "digital toys" designed to grow with children; the app is explicitly not a game. The team has 10 full-time employees and was founded by Mathijs Demaeght and Esther Huybreghts, with Melissa Cash as CEO and co-founder. Pok Pok plans to release three new digital toys in the next few months and is developing future products aimed at older kids. Recent product updates have included a Pride update to increase representation and diversity within the app. The company says it will use new funding to invest in marketing, ongoing development, maintenance of the app, and to broaden its product reach.
