  • Gaxi

    Participated · Series A · Dec 2023

Gaxi provides a digital platform that centralizes scholarship program setup, application intake, review workflows, and fund disbursement to link donors, corporate sponsors, schools, and students. Its roadmap emphasizes self-serve setup for individuals and corporate sponsors, stronger identity and eligibility checks, and data-driven matching to improve targeting and outcomes. The company aims to integrate with schools and employers and to expand customer success capabilities to reduce administrative burden for sponsors and improve completion rates for recipients. Gaxi positions itself as infrastructure for CSR and recruiting pipelines, and participation from a trust bank suggests potential financial-administration partnerships. The business faces risks tied to data privacy, fraud prevention, and cyclical CSR/recruiting budgets, and investors are advised to track active programs, application volume, sponsor conversion, renewal rates, and disbursement throughput.
