The technology is based on intellectual property originating from the Cleveland Clinic, CNRS (Montpellier) and Descartes University (Paris). The company is based in Noisy le Roi, France. On 21 September 2010 it closed an $8.5M new venture financing round. That financing brought the total capital raised by the company to date to $17M. Investors in the round included existing backers Matignon Technologies and Amundi Private Equity Funds and new partner InnoBio Fund (managed by CDC Entreprises).
