Led by CEO Ben Price, the company partners with Visa, Figg, and Checkout.com to power its payments and rewards infrastructure. It aims to expand its rewards program internationally and to provide traditional checking and savings accounts, a Bitcoin rewards card, and access to Bitcoin exchange services built on top of its rewards program. The company raised $2.1M in Seed funding to expand operations and its business reach. The round was led by Brad Mills, Greg Foss, Jay Gould, and American HODL, with participation from Seetee, Mimesis Capital, Fulgur Ventures, Lightning Ventures, Hivemind Ventures, Plan B Ventures, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, and Cavalry Asset Management. The funds will be used to grow operations and extend the company's business and rewards program internationally.

Swan Bitcoin offers a full-service platform for high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and families to buy, hold, and manage Bitcoin. Its core product combines concierge trading, U.S.-regulated custody through partners such as BitGo and Equity Trust, and collaborative self-custody via Swan Vault. The company serves more than 100,000 clients who have purchased over $7.5 billion worth of Bitcoin through the platform. In October 2025, Swan launched “Swan International,” extending these white-glove services to clients in numerous countries and pairing each client with a dedicated advisor for strategic guidance and multigenerational planning. Offerings also include Swan IRA accounts, tax-loss harvesting, inheritance strategies, and institutional-grade liquidity solutions. The business positions itself as a long-term, Bitcoin-only partner focused on security, education, and legacy planning. Fresh Series C capital will be used to enhance client experience, broaden global reach, and continue product development across its wealth and treasury solutions.
