The Bitcoin Company offers an all-in-one app that provides Bitcoin rewards and lets users send, spend, save, and use money through integrated banking and exchange services. Led by CEO Ben Price, the company partners with Visa, Figg, and Checkout.com to power its payments and rewards infrastructure. It aims to expand its rewards program internationally and to provide traditional checking and savings accounts, a Bitcoin rewards card, and access to Bitcoin exchange services built on top of its rewards program. The company raised $2.1M in Seed funding to expand operations and its business reach. The round was led by Brad Mills, Greg Foss, Jay Gould, and American HODL, with participation from Seetee, Mimesis Capital, Fulgur Ventures, Lightning Ventures, Hivemind Ventures, Plan B Ventures, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, and Cavalry Asset Management. The funds will be used to grow operations and extend the company's business and rewards program internationally.
