  • SyntheticFi

    Participated · Equity · Jun 2026

Founded in 2023, SyntheticFi combines technology, educational resources, and implementation support to help registered investment advisors evaluate and implement portfolio-backed financing and liabilities planning strategies. Its platform enables advisors to offer institutional strategies—such as box spreads and synthetic variable prepaid forwards—that aim to provide lower borrowing costs, potential tax benefits, and greater flexibility compared with traditional lending. The company serves a range of firms from emerging RIAs to large wealth management organizations and is used for purposes including home purchases, refinancing debt, and managing concentrated stock positions. SyntheticFi reports it supports over 3,000 advisors across more than 300 independent advisory firms and has surpassed $2 billion in regulatory assets under management. The company plans to expand its platform and broaden its suite of borrowing products going forward.

  • Fourier Health

    Participated · Seed · Oct 2025

Founded in late 2023 by James Lloyd and Christopher Lee, Fourier Health offers an AI-driven platform that ingests PDFs, faxes, handwritten notes and other heterogeneous data sources, integrates with multiple EHR systems, and produces concise, context-specific clinical summaries. Its clinician-in-the-loop architecture pairs large-language-model outputs with specialist review to ensure accuracy and continuous model improvement. Providers using the product report over 98% reduction in document validation and the recovery of 2–3 hours of administrative time per patient, improving onboarding and care coordination. The platform also automates document labeling and harmonizes data to give a longitudinal view of patient wellness. With fresh capital, the company plans to expand its engineering, sales and implementation teams and continue refining its R&D infrastructure. Fourier’s vision is to embed last-mile, specialty-specific AI into existing clinical workflows, accelerating diagnosis, boosting provider revenue, and enhancing patient outcomes.

  • Bloomlife

    Participated · Equity · Sep 2025

Founded roughly a decade ago, Bloomlife offers a wearable patch embedded with sensors that continuously monitors pregnant women to detect conditions such as hypertension and gestational diabetes without hospital visits. After the pandemic, the company pivoted from direct-to-consumer sales to a B2B model, selling through obstetricians and hospitals. Its technology is now prescribed by more than 120 doctors, a number set to grow more than ten-fold through a newly signed agreement with an employer group representing 2,700 gynecologists across 22 U.S. states. To support this expansion, Bloomlife plans to scale its commercial team from about twenty employees to thirty by year-end. The firm believes 120-150 active prescribers are sufficient for breakeven and had previously targeted profitability by mid-next year, but it has delayed that milestone to focus on onboarding the new partners. Bloomlife remains focused on the U.S. market for the next two years, with Europe and Asia as longer-term opportunities. Cumulatively, the company has raised $34 million to date.

  • Receive

    Led · Seed · Jul 2025

Receive is a U.S.-based financial technology company offering an Earned Revenue Access platform that converts pending sales into immediate spending power for SMBs. Its core product allows merchants to access earned revenue without interest, credit checks, or traditional underwriting. Receive has a white-labeled partnership model enabling ISOs, payment processors, and software providers to leverage first‑party data and create new revenue streams. The company launched the SmartPay Calendar repayment tool and partnered with Titanium Payments to roll out the Titanium Boost Business Mastercard, which turns pending settlements into real-time spending power for Titanium merchants. Receive announced a $4 million seed round led by NGVP, has total funding of $7.1 million, and is supported by additional debt financing. Founder Ariel Blum, formerly in leadership roles at Melio, Green Dot, and American Express, started Receive to address SMB cash-flow challenges and help businesses reinvest sooner without taking on debt.

  • MirrorTab

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2025

MirrorTab delivers a server-side web application protection solution that removes the client-side browser attack surface via proprietary isolation technology, obfuscating data, code, and APIs to secure web sessions. The product blocks harmful extensions, middleware, and malware from accessing APIs, infrastructure, data, and code while integrating with existing defense layers such as WAF and DDoS protections. MirrorTab’s approach aims to secure sensitive business, personal, and financial information without requiring additional software or plugins and without degrading user experience. The company emphasizes protection in high-stakes interactions like account takeovers and fraud, positioning its session-centric model as complementary to traditional detection-based tools. Founder Brian Silverstein, previously a co-founder of Honey, cites rising AI-enabled attacks and browser exploitation as core drivers for the product. MirrorTab plans to use its seed financing to aggressively build out capabilities, integrations, and commercialize its availability.
