- UserHub
Participated · Seed · Apr 2024
UserHub provides a user monetization platform tailored for subscription B2B SaaS, offering licensing, seat upsell, billing, and plan upgrades in a single solution. The platform includes embeddable self-service interfaces designed to integrate with a vendor's core product to manage team members, plan upgrades, and licenses. It targets application-layer SaaS businesses whose customers progress from entry-level tiers to enterprise tiers. The company was founded by Patrick Rafferty and Silas Sewell and is based in New York. UserHub will use the funding to expand its engineering team, accelerate product development, and grow its customer base. The article does not disclose revenue or other operating metrics.
- Prediko
Participated · Seed · Sep 2022
Prediko offers an online dashboard that connects to merchants’ Shopify stores (and is building integrations with other e-commerce platforms) to produce inventory reports showing fast-moving and slow-selling items and current retail inventory value. The platform enables scenario planning for seasonality, ad campaigns and growth targets, and lets customers compare actual sales to revenue goals over time. Users can generate and track purchase orders inside Prediko via a kanban view. Prediko also incorporates a fintech component: it helps customers finance inventory and purchase orders so stocking does not overly impact bank balances, leveraging its customer revenue data. The product targets manufacturers, resellers and capital-intensive e-commerce businesses that typically rely on spreadsheets and manual forecasting. Prediko recently raised external funding, which is noted below.
