  • Flagler Health

    Participated · Series B · Aug 2026

Flagler Health builds an AI-native platform that integrates directly into provider EMRs and orchestrates the full musculoskeletal patient lifecycle across triage, care management, billing, and patient communications. The platform is trained on one of the largest MSK patient data sets and is designed to run seamlessly in the background with no new logins or workflow changes for clinicians. In under three years, Flagler has scaled to thousands of providers across more than 36 states and reports metrics including an average $164,000 in additional annual revenue per provider and 87% of patients reporting improvement in pain, mood, sleep, or mobility. The product has been deployed across diverse MSK practice types and EMR environments and was developed by a founding team of physicians and healthcare operators. Headquartered in New York City, Flagler positions itself as the AI-native backbone for musculoskeletal clinics and aims to expand to every MSK practice in America.

  • Throne

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Throne Science makes a discreet sensor that attaches to standard toilets and, combined with an AI-powered companion app, passively tracks bathroom habits to surface patterns in digestive health, hydration status, and urinary function. The company was founded in 2023, is based in Austin, Texas, and launched to consumers in March 2026. In July it introduced a beta Gut Health AI coach that lets users ask questions about their gut health data and receive personalized feedback. Throne has hired leaders from consumer wearable and health tech companies and added medical advisors and a chief of science to its team. Financially, Throne announced a $10 million Series A to support personnel growth and R&D. Its stated long-term mission is to develop the technology into a home-based continuous screener for early signs of colorectal cancer and cancers of the urinary tract.
