  • Healthplus.ai

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Founded in 2017, Amsterdam-based Healthplus.ai develops PERISCOPE, an ISO- and CE-certified AI platform that analyzes electronic health record data to forecast each patient’s likelihood of post-operative infection. By alerting clinical teams early, the software supports timelier interventions, shorter recoveries, and lower complication-related expenses. The technology integrates directly with hospital systems and adapts to local patient populations, enabling deployment across the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and the UK, with pilots already running in the United States. Management intends to broaden PERISCOPE’s predictive models to cover additional perioperative risks and complication types. Near-term priorities include earning FDA clearance and deepening integrations with leading EHR vendors such as Epic, Cerner, and ChipSoft. The company positions its product as a tool to ease clinical workloads, curb antibiotic overuse, and strengthen hospital efficiency, though no revenue or user figures were disclosed.

  • Biorce

    Participated · Equity · Nov 2024

Biorce develops Aika, an AI-native platform trained on roughly one million historical clinical trials to predict risks, reduce errors, and minimize costly protocol amendments. By shortening preparation timelines and limiting amendments that can each add €500,000–€1 million and six weeks of delay, the company aims to make clinical research faster, more reliable, and more accessible. Aika is already used in oncology, neurology, and rare-disease studies and is intentionally therapy-agnostic so it can scale across diverse programmes. Backed by more than $60 million in total funding, Biorce plans to grow its workforce and open a development and R&D hub in Austin, Texas to support U.S. customers. The roadmap through early 2026 includes expanding Aika’s protocol-intelligence engine and rolling out new modules for contract management, negotiation, budget planning, and operational execution. These enhancements are designed to further improve trial efficiency and accelerate patient access to new therapies.

  • Nvision Imaging

    Participated · Series A · Jun 2023

NVision Imaging develops MRI polarizers and hyperpolarized imaging agents that enable metabolic MRI. Its NVision Polarizer uses a parahydrogen-induced polarization (PHIP) technique, applying advances in quantum physics, chemistry, and engineering to deliver fast, robust, and easy-to-use polarization in the MRI setting. The technology aims to detect early metabolic changes at the cellular level, potentially revealing treatment response within days rather than months. NVision planned preclinical use in 2023 and intends to deploy systems for human care in the coming years, targeting installations at over 50 leading cancer centers by 2025. The company has a partnership with Siemens Healthineers and a signed collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering to support clinical deployment. Financially, NVision closed a $30M Series A and secured additional government funding to support its clinical advancement.

  • BIZAY

    Participated · Series C · Dec 2020

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Lisbon, BIZAY operates a digital platform that offers a broad catalogue of customised products—marketing materials, packaging, promotional items and business essentials—to small and medium-sized businesses in over 50 countries. The platform combines technology and AI with a network of production partners to support the end-to-end process from product customisation and ordering to production, fulfilment and customer service. BIZAY is expanding its AI capabilities to automate catalogue management, manufacturing operations and customer support. The company plans to use its new funding to accelerate US expansion and pursue acquisitions in the fragmented customised products market. Management projects that 2026 will be its first profitable year, with annual revenue expected to exceed $100 million.

  • 360imprimir

    Participated · Series B · May 2019

360imprimir uses software to collect and aggregate orders from various customers, enabling significant scale and cost savings (for example, selling 500 business cards for about €10). The company was founded in 2013 by Sérgio Vieira, Jorge Correia, José Salgado, João Matias, Pedro Gaspar and Diogo Silva and is based in Torres Vedras. It employs over 170 people and averages roughly 4,000 orders per day. Until now the startup has operated in Portugal, Spain, Brazil and Mexico. The company plans to expand geographically and broaden its product range, including launches into the USA, Canada and 15 more European countries. It recently closed a significant funding round to support that expansion. 360imprimir is a Lisbon-based startup offering an online B2B marketplace for physical and digital marketing goods and services. Its platform operates as an asset-light production marketplace to connect businesses with marketing production and services. The company reported €6 million in sales in 2016 and has more than 120 employees and about 200,000 customers. It is active in Portugal and Spain and also operates in Brazil and Mexico, where it will focus international growth. The new €4 million will be invested in product development, hiring, and expansion into international markets. Omnes Capital highlighted the company’s efficient asset-light model and its strong growth and margins in a competitive sector. 360imprimir is a fabless online print-shop that provides physical marketing products to SMEs through a one-stop marketplace powered by proprietary intelligent aggregation software. The company leverages external idle production capacity to offer the lowest prices in the market and a self-service digital printing experience. Founded in 2013 and described as the first Portuguese online printing firm, it has consolidated its position in the Iberian market. It has recently entered Brazil and Mexico with considerable success and reports rapid monthly growth. The firm aims to expand internationally—particularly in Latin America—and to evolve its product scope to transform SMEs' marketing solutions and better align off- and online strategies. Financially, it has secured a €3 million Series A fully subscribed by Pathena to support international expansion and product development.
