  Founded in 2020, SOMAREALITY develops real-time cognitive insights derived from eye-tracking data, offering biomarkers such as Cognitive Load and measures of perception, attention and fatigue. Its solution is hardware-agnostic, uses a white-box approach for personalized insights after only seconds of data, and is available both as local integrations and a web-based service, with on-chip deployment planned for wearable glasses. The company has commercial traction in B2B, reporting over €2 million in revenue since launching its first biomarker in 2024 and more than doubling revenue in 2025 through partnerships with global eye-tracking hardware and software distributors. Key markets include high-risk industries such as aviation, healthcare, professional sports and research. SOMAREALITY is pursuing longitudinal studies to track cognitive health and plans to expand into B2C as part of its growth strategy.

  TSAW Drones builds a drone-based logistics platform offering last-mile delivery services across e-commerce and healthcare verticals. The company was incubated at FITT (Foundation for Innovation and Technology Transfer) at IIT Delhi and was founded in 2019. TSAW is creating Drone Corridors across India to meet B2B and B2B2C needs and aims to create an alternate mode of transportation for small-package deliveries nationwide within five years. Its drones are designed and tested for BVLOS logistics operations and include multiple failsafe options and early warning systems, with an intelligent cloud system that evolves with each flight. TSAW has completed client trials in Kolkata, Odisha, Indore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Madurai, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore and is collaborating with Zypp Electric to enable end-to-end last-mile delivery across cities in 20 minutes.
