    Founded in 2023 by Benedikt Kisner, Leandro Ananias and Lennart Eckerlein, conmeet has built a platform that replaces fragmented software tools with a single system based on a shared data foundation. The platform targets mid-sized trades and construction companies with roughly 10 to 500 employees and consolidates customer contact, procurement, project execution, documentation and payment workflows. conmeet’s architecture is designed specifically for AI, enabling AI to be embedded directly into operational processes to automate recurring tasks and increasingly enable autonomous workflow execution. By providing a real-time shared source of information, the company aims to eliminate duplicate data entry, manual handovers and fragmented workflows between office teams and construction sites. The company plans to use its new seed funding to expand across the DACH region, further develop its AI capabilities and grow its team.

    Freshflow develops AI made exclusively for fresh grocery ordering that the company says delivers up to 30% less spoilage and 2–4% more revenue per store. Its solution runs daily at nine leading grocers across Germany and France, including merchants within EDEKA, Carrefour and Intermarché. The team has shown commercial traction with measurable waste reduction and revenue uplift at live retailers. World Fund first backed Freshflow at its 2022 pre-seed and has continued to invest through this Series A. The company frames its product as addressing the large food-waste problem in grocery retail while producing financial savings for retailers.

Currently, the software is used to manage the distribution of more than 50,000 hotel rooms across 12 European countries. Hotel clients leverage the tool to improve occupancy, maximize average daily rates, and achieve sustainable revenue growth. The company’s technology is positioned to replace manual spreadsheet processes and legacy revenue-management systems. With the latest capital infusion, happyhotel plans to scale its operations and accelerate product development to serve a broader European customer base.

The platform helps align marketing and data strategy with international data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Led by CEO and founder Mischa Rürup, the company serves enterprise customers and has signed accounts including Daimler Global, Porsche, and Zalando. Over the past year Usercentrics quadrupled its annual recurring revenue and grew headcount to almost 100 employees. The company intends to use new funding to develop a footprint in the Americas and expand its go-to-market activities. Usercentrics offers a SaaS Consent Management Platform (CMP) that enables businesses to collect, manage and document user consents and generates consent IDs that are attached to data. Its technology is implemented by hundreds of customers, including Fortune 500 companies such as Telefonica, T‑Mobile and Commerzbank. The company markets its solution as infrastructure for consent across data architectures to ensure compliance with international privacy regulations. With privacy laws like CCPA and Brazil’s LGPD coming into effect, Usercentrics plans rapid global expansion through strategic partnerships and white‑label solutions. In April the company recruited former Google manager Jürgen Weichert to build a global partner program. Usercentrics says the new multi‑million Series A financing will accelerate product development and customer growth.

Its system extends beyond transactions to customer and inventory management, mobile payments and advanced analytics. The Vienna-based startup has thousands of customers in Austria and Germany. It raised €5 million in seed funding to further develop its technology for European businesses. CEO Markus Bernhart says POS data creates openings to offer financial services such as analytics, tax management, insurance and loans. The company intends to position ready2order as a one-stop platform for SMEs and to capitalise on demand for POS upgrades driven by Germany's tamper-proof POS law taking effect in January 2020.
