The lead program, DIAG723, targets the root cause of hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and pulmonary arterial hypertension and is the primary focus of upcoming clinical advancement. Beyond this, the company is building a pipeline of selective clustering antibodies addressing diseases in hematology, hepatology, and nephrology. Funds from the latest raise will be deployed to progress DIAG723 and further pipeline development.
