The Sabancı Family is collectively Sabancı Holding’s major shareholder with 57.7% of the share capital. Sabancı Holding shares are traded on the Borsa Istanbul with a free float of 40.1% having largest float percentage among holding companies. Lumnion plans to use recent funding to accelerate product development and expand operations in GCC and MENA markets while deepening its commercial presence in Europe. Management frames the company's value proposition as enabling faster and more accurate, data-driven decision-making compared with traditional methods. Financially, the company has now raised a total of $2.5 million following the completed bridge round.

ecoLocked is a Berlin-based biochar carbon removal (BCR) company founded in 2021 that converts sequestered carbon into carbon-negative building materials. Its flagship product, eLM Zero, is an additive for carbon-neutral concrete already used by manufacturers in the DACH region and the Netherlands. The company notes that BCR accounted for 94% of carbon credits delivered in 2023 and aims to turn buildings into significant carbon sinks. ecoLocked operates with a team of 18 employees from 13 nations and maintains production and laboratory facilities in Bernau near Berlin. The new €4M seed funding will be used to expand production facilities, introduce new product lines, grow the R&D team, and further develop an AI-driven platform to optimize raw material variability and ensure product quality. Investors highlighted biochar's cost-effectiveness, scalability, and the company's compatibility with future decarbonization technologies.

Sabancı ARF (Almost Ready to Fly) is Sabancı Holding’s accelerator program offering a 20-week training and mentorship track to help startups develop prototypes, build customer connections, and increase invoicing. In its second cohort the program deployed follow-on seed investments totaling 39,650,000 TL (reported as roughly 40 million TL) across six startups, with Sabancı Holding taking minority equity stakes. The six funded companies were Carbon Centrum, Inodash, Nanoterial, Rumitech, Text2Test and UptechLabs, each focused respectively on autonomous CO2 footprint tracking and offsets; an AI-backed product-market-fit workspace; recycling lanthanide-rich permanent magnets from e-waste; converting streetlight poles into grid-independent energy and communications infrastructure; AI-driven end-to-end test generation without technical expertise; and smart LED plus hydroponic systems for energy- and water-efficient plant cultivation. With the second period, total program support reached 78,385,000 TL, and combined with the first period cumulative support is 140,000,000 TL. The program pairs capital with hands-on mentorship and market access through Sabancı Holding’s ecosystem.

ecoworks develops AI-powered planning tools, digital twins and industrial prefabrication methods to enable serial, cost-efficient energy renovations of residential buildings. The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Berlin, employing over 130 engineers, architects and digital experts. Its approach packages prefabricated facade modules, roof insulation and PV systems, upgraded windows and services to accelerate retrofit timelines and reduce tenant disruption. ecoworks is currently executing a flagship project in Hagen to upgrade twelve buildings (approximately 15,000 sqm and 192 apartments) to KfW Efficiency House 55, targeting a 36% reduction in final energy demand and about 190 tonnes of CO₂ savings per year. The company previously raised €40 million in 2023 for its AI digital planning solution and now announced a €23 million raise to scale serial renovation at neighbourhood scale. ecoworks states its mission to save one gigaton of CO₂ by 2045 through industrialised renovation techniques.

The company emphasizes non-intrusive monitoring tailored to industrial environments where availability and legacy assets limit active scanning. Radiflow was cofounded in 2009 by Zohar Zisapel and Ilan Barda and pivoted to focus on OT cybersecurity in 2016. Its CIARA platform builds a digital image of OT networks, simulates attack vectors and produces prioritized mitigation plans for CISOs. Radiflow plans to center its next offering on collecting anonymous customer data to provide industry benchmarks and trends. The company says the additional capital from its recent strategic transaction will accelerate growth and provide access to industrial sites for product insights. Radiflow is a Singapore-based provider of industrial cybersecurity solutions for industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) networks. Led by CEO Ilan Barda, the company offers a product portfolio that includes risk assessment, threat detection and secure remote access tools with in-depth industrial asset visibility, anomaly detection and a distributed architecture. Radiflow's solutions target Tier 1 critical infrastructure operators and other industrial customers, and the company has more than 50 customers worldwide. It has endorsements from U.S. national labs and consultants. The company will use the proceeds from the financing to extend its sales network, strengthen its brand globally and continue developing its solutions. Radiflow closed an $18M funding round led by ST Engineering Ventures, with participation from existing investors led by Zohar Zisapel.
