  • Valarian Technologies

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Valarian Technologies develops ACRA, a software layer described as a sealed operating room for AI workloads and sensitive applications that controls what data leaves systems, who can access it, and who can shut it off. The product is positioned to let governments and enterprises retain control while still using major cloud providers by enforcing policy and access controls outside those providers’ native stack. The company was founded and is led by Max Buchan, with co-founder Josh McLaughlin joining from a senior role at Palantir, and is based in London. Valarian’s positioning responds to geopolitical risks such as the U.S. CLOUD Act and recent restrictions on access to U.S.-based AI services. Financially, the company has raised $70 million to date, including a $50 million Series A led by NEA.

  • CodeWords

    Participated · Seed · May 2026

CodeWords builds Cody, a proactive AI agent that learns how a business operates and autonomously creates and runs automations across multiple integrations and workflows. The platform handles deployment, maintenance and execution on CodeWords’ own infrastructure so non-technical users can trigger and monitor outcomes without technical setup. The company originated as Agemo, an AI research lab focused on neurosymbolic reasoning, before pivoting to a product-focused automation platform. CodeWords is currently in beta and has been adding features such as contextual memory, messaging integrations and adaptive execution modes. With its newly raised $9 million seed round, the company plans to scale its platform and continue developing the agent. No revenue or user metrics were disclosed in the reporting.

  • Anvara

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Anvara is building a marketplace that streamlines the way brands, sports teams, and event operators discover, evaluate, purchase, and measure sponsorship opportunities. Launched 14 months ago, the platform aims to bring transparency and efficiency to a sponsorship ecosystem that has traditionally been fragmented and opaque. More than 500 brands already use Anvara to source deals, and the company has processed millions of dollars in sponsorship transactions to date. By aggregating inventory and data, Anvara gives buyers a single point of access and analytics while providing rights-holders a new sales channel. The fresh capital will allow the team to expand product capabilities and scale hiring as demand grows. Ultimately, Anvara envisions becoming the default infrastructure layer for sponsorship buying and measurement across sports and live events.

  • Track Titan

    Participated · Seed · Dec 2025

Founded in 2021 by gamer-turned-pro driver Max Teichert, London-based Track Titan positions itself as the “Strava for motorsport,” delivering real-time, personalized driving insights powered by AI. The software analyzes on-track performance in popular titles such as EA’s F1 series and iRacing, then recommends adjustments that shave an average of more than half a second from users’ lap times in their very first session. Beyond gaming, the platform is already being adopted by professional racing teams for off-track training and is integrated into leading sim-racing hardware through partnerships with MOZA and Fanatec. Track Titan focuses on “ambitious amateurs,” aiming to turn its 200,000-plus user base into a global community of racers who learn, compete and socialize on the service. Management reports a ten-fold increase in annual recurring revenue over the past two years, underscoring strong product-market fit. Future plans include deepening AI capabilities, embedding the tech in additional hardware and, ultimately, extending the solution to real-world car dashboards.
