  • Xsight Labs

    Participated · Equity · Jul 2026

Xsight Labs develops programmable, high-performance networking silicon, notably the E1 Data Processing Unit (DPU) and X2 Ethernet switch. The E1 is the company's first shipping 800G DPU and has completed SONiC-DASH Hero 800G validation, demonstrating sustained throughput of more than 14 million connections per second, hardware-accelerated inline crypto, and an ultra-efficient sub-75W power profile. The X2 is a fully software-defined 12.8 Tbps Ethernet switch with a reprogrammable data plane via XISA, deterministic sub-700ns latency, and an under-200W power envelope. Xsight emphasizes a fully open, standard Linux environment (native Linux, DPDK, SONiC) and positions its products for hyperscalers, service providers, OEMs, and constrained environments like satellite communications. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Tel Aviv with additional offices in Kiryat Gat, Haifa, Boston, Raleigh, San Jose, and Yerevan, the company has reported multiple design wins and evaluations by Tier-1 customers. Financially, Xsight recently raised more than $300 million at a $2.8 billion post-money valuation to fund product roadmap expansion, team growth, and scaled manufacturing and delivery.

  • Aria

    Participated · Debt Financing · Jul 2026

Aria offers an embedded invoice financing platform that buys suppliers’ invoices and embeds financing via a single API into marketplaces, ERP systems, and vertical SaaS, enabling suppliers to be paid immediately while buyers retain usual payment terms. The platform handles identity checks, credit assessments, collections, insurance and payments, and adapts to local rules, currencies and payment methods across Europe. Since launching in 2020 it has financed over €1.5 billion in invoices and reports a default rate below 0.1%. Aria financed 1.7 million invoice advances in 2025 and over 1.1 million more so far in 2026, and currently powers more than 70 European B2B marketplaces and freelance platforms, including Malt and Job&Talent. The company plans to expand its presence in sectors with acute late-payment problems such as transportation, manufacturing and construction. Its positioning emphasizes embedding infrastructure (one API, no redirects or separate signups) to increase predictability of cash flow for SMB suppliers.

  • Second Nature

    Led · Series B · Oct 2025

Second Nature has built a conversational AI platform that ingests a company’s recorded calls, scripts and collateral to create lifelike role-plays for sales and customer-service training. Reps practice with AI avatars that handle objections, diverse customer moods and multiple languages, then receive targeted feedback against customizable metrics. Customers typically launch their first scenarios within an hour and have seen sales rise more than 20 % after only 30 minutes of practice per trainee, while onboarding cycles have been cut by as much as three weeks. Specific results include GoHealth trimming onboarding time by 33 % and Zoom more than doubling monthly sales opportunities from 2.78 to over 6. The system supports 20+ languages and is used by brands such as Oracle, Adobe, Teleperformance, Check Point and Zoom. Founded in 2019 by Ariel Hitron and Alon Shalita, the company positions itself to evolve from training software to next-generation AI sales agents. The newly raised capital will fund product expansion and deeper technology development.

  • Seemplicity

    Led · Series B · Aug 2025

Seemplicity builds an exposure action platform that automates aggregation, prioritization and remediation workflows to reduce exposure noise and accelerate fixes for security, IT and DevOps teams. The platform consolidates findings, prioritizes the 5% that matters, and automatically creates remediation tasks, claiming a 95% reduction in exposure noise. Seemplicity processes more than 1.5 billion security findings daily and reports an 800% increase in ARR since its Series A alongside 3× growth in new customer acquisition. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Palo Alto, the company has seen robust Fortune 500 adoption. The new funding will accelerate development and deployment of AI agents that combine each organization’s business logic with external threat intelligence to deliver personalized risk insights and proactive remediation guidance. Seemplicity also plans to scale U.S. operations, expand across the UK and Europe, and drive revenue growth through new sales channels. Seemplicity provides a unified risk-reduction and productivity platform that collects, aggregates and normalizes data from third-party security tools (vulnerability management, appsec, penetration testing, API security and SaaS security) into a single location. The platform enables security teams to build automated workflows that manage findings across multiple tools, aiming to reduce manual remediation work and speed up time-to-remediation. The company claims its automation cuts the time security analysts spend on manual operations by 80% and increases remediation throughput sixfold. Seemplicity positions itself against RBVM and ASOC competitors by focusing on outcomes—reducing time-to-remediation—rather than only consolidating and prioritizing findings. The launch is positioned to help address SOC analyst burnout, with the article citing industry research that more than 70% of SOC analysts experience burnout and 64% say manual work consumes more than half their time. Seemplicity launched the product alongside a $32M funding event to support the platform rollout.
