Omniful offers ordering, warehouse management and transport management systems that enable merchants and third-party logistics providers to run hyperlocal and omnichannel commerce with real-time inventory and order control. The platform is designed to improve speed, accuracy, scale and efficiency across retail and logistics operations. Omniful says customers can reduce workforce costs per store by up to 40% and fulfillment time by up to 70%. Founders Mostafa Abolnasr and Alankrit Nishad built the product after identifying limitations in legacy software and drawing on extensive e-commerce experience. The company reports its technology can handle a minimum of 3 million orders per day per client and counts some of the largest retailers and 3PLs in KSA and the UAE among early customers. Omniful has plans to expand its customer base into Africa and India, where it already maintains a research and development center.
