Milo is a preschool animated series conceived as an IP with cross-format commercial potential across TV, digital products, licensing and consumer goods. Commissioned in 2021 by Channel 5’s Milkshake! and born in 2021, the series premiered in Spain on Clan (RTVE) in May 2022 and debuted on PBS Kids in the U.S. in autumn 2024. The show has been dubbed into more than 20 languages, distributed in over 170 countries and is present on more than 45 television channels and platforms. The company is expanding beyond audiovisual content into apps, videogames, licensing, consumer products and experiences, and the third season is already in production. Production of the audiovisual content is carried out entirely in Spain, which the project cites as a means to strengthen the local industry and create qualified employment. Funding and the new corporate structure are intended to accelerate international exploitation and long-term scalable development of the Milo IP.

Onalabs develops continuous, non-invasive physiological monitoring technology that extracts biomarker information from sweat. Its ONASPORT product, which monitors markers linked to athletic performance such as lactate, dehydration and electrolyte loss, is already commercial; ONAVITAL, aimed at clinical applications, is undergoing clinical and regulatory validation. The company was founded in Barcelona by Elisabet del Valle and Xavier Muñoz, has a team of around 30 people and holds six patents protecting its technology. Onalabs runs pilots with more than ten hospitals and has strategic collaborations in sports, including an enhanced partnership with FC Barcelona and initiatives with companies such as Garmin. Financially, the company has completed prior financings including a €1.5 million seed in 2022 and a 2023 bridge round, and has obtained over €4 million in competitive public grants. Current plans include industrializing production, increasing manufacturing capacity, expanding the team, advancing sensor development and pursuing international expansion.

Founded in 2019 in San Sebastián, Multiverse Computing builds AI solutions inspired by quantum computing techniques—notably tensor-network approaches—to compress large language models and produce energy-efficient AI. The company says its technology can reduce model size and energy use by up to 95%, deliver 4x–12x faster inference, and cut costs by 50%–80%, enabling deployment on constrained devices like smartphones, laptops and satellites. Multiverse has launched a new generation of optimized models, including an open-source model and a family of compressed models designed for resource-limited environments. It has formed strategic partnerships with firms such as Cohere, Axelera AI, Plain Concepts, Inetum, EY and PwC to accelerate adoption in finance, energy, logistics, space, health and defense. Financially, Multiverse closed a €189M Series B in June 2025 (led by Bullhound Capital and including SETT and other investors) and is currently finalizing a larger round that could total €500M, backed in part by a €107M SETT commitment.

Kumori develops a platform, centered on a core called Axebow, to simplify deployment and automated management of software across distributed and heterogeneous cloud infrastructures. Its technology is based on open components and proprietary developments to enable interoperable, sovereign cloud deployments that avoid vendor lock-in while improving scalability and security for sensitive applications. The company originated in 2013 as a spin-off of the Universitat Polite8cnica de Vale8ncia and was founded by engineer Jose9 Bernabeu, who previously led the architecture of the first version of Microsoft Azure and is director scientist at the Instituto Tecnolf3gico de Informe1tica. Kumori's solutions already operate in institutional, industrial and defense environments, and the firm has transitioned from automating cloud-native application lifecycles on major public clouds toward building sovereign cloud offerings. Following the recent 3 million financing, the company intends to accelerate platform evolution, scale industrial deployment and broaden its customer footprint in public administrations and critical sectors.

Amuse Labs is a newly formed animation producer and digital studio targeting the children's market with international commercial ambitions across North America, Asia, the EU and the UK. The company will own the intellectual property of the works it produces and participate across concept, script, production, technological development, exploitation, licensing and merchandising. Its commercial strategy includes selling to broadcasters and platforms as well as engaging exhibitors, toy manufacturers and publishing groups. The studio emphasizes real gender parity across its workforce and a commitment to using 100% renewable energy to reduce its environmental footprint. Amuse Labs plans to adopt AI tools to streamline portions of 2D and CGI production and expects to create about 40 direct jobs and 150 indirect jobs through local contracting. Amuse Studios, founded in 2014 and owner of 33 original IPs, is a major shareholder in the new venture.
