GoSats operates a fintech rewards platform that combines traditional finance and the digital economy to enable consumers to earn asset-based rewards like Bitcoin and Gold on everyday transactions. The company facilitates passive value accumulation and access to alternative asset classes through partnerships with brands such as Flipkart and Google. Led by CEO Mohammed Roshan and backed by investors including Y Combinator, GoSats reports an annualised GMV of $40M and has distributed over INR 50 crores in Bitcoin and Gold rewards to users. The company plans to use its Series A proceeds to expand operations and accelerate product and development efforts. Its investor base on this round includes Konvoy, Taisu Ventures and angel investors.
