  • Linkhou

    Participated · Series C · Aug 2026

Linkhou Robot has built a comprehensive product matrix of core "eyes" and "limbs" components — including vision modules, joint modules, wheeled robot chassis, smart arms, and domain controllers — aiming to close the hardware loop of perception-decision-execution for embodied intelligence robots. Since 2023 it has aggressively expanded into core components for embodied intelligence while leveraging deep expertise in smart manufacturing. The company operates sci-tech innovation platforms and has established a global production footprint, recently bringing Linkhou Robot Intelligent Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. into production as its first overseas manufacturing base. Its Jiaxing base began production in late May and the Beijing base was expanded to serve as a northern-market development and general-purpose robot mass-production hub. Linkhou plans to upgrade its proprietary smart manufacturing lines and to build Jiangsu province's first provincial laboratory focused on core technologies and components for embodied intelligence robots. The company's recent Series C raise of over 100 million yuan is intended to fund these technical, production, and lab-establishment initiatives.

CAYE develops commercial fully automatic coffee machines built around its self‑developed Bionic Barista system and multiple proprietary subsystems (including the APW high‑precision powder weight system, VVD vertical vibration powder spreading, CLS closed‑loop extraction calibration, and SuperMix milk frothing). The company emphasizes food‑grade metal core brewing modules and claims more than 90% of its machine components are metal to address food safety concerns with plastic parts. CAYE has applied for over 300 patents, with invention patents comprising more than 40% and a technology conversion rate exceeding 70%. Its X series machines have been sold in over 80 countries and its domestic annual X series sales this year reportedly exceeded the total sales of comparable imported brands over the past decade. CAYE operates a production base in Suzhou with planned annual capacity above 40,000 units and is building a new 38,000‑square‑meter intelligent production base planned for completion by 2028 to reach a 100,000‑unit annual capacity target. The company markets a product matrix covering high, mid, and low‑end commercial scenarios and aims to expand overseas and strengthen global after‑sales service.

  • VisIC Technologies

    Participated · Equity · Aug 2021

VisIC Technologies Ltd. is an Israel-based pioneer designing Gallium Nitride (GaN) power semiconductor devices for electric mobility. Its proprietary D³GaN platform delivers high efficiency, scalability and reliability for 400 V and 800 V EV drivetrains, offering smaller, lighter and more efficient inverters than silicon and at lower cost than SiC alternatives. The company’s current roadmap centers on releasing Gen3 750 V GaN dice and power modules and advancing a Gen4 1,350 V technology to cover the full spectrum of EV designs. Beyond automotive, VisIC also sees demand for its GaN technology in emerging 800 V data-center power systems. Newly secured capital will be directed toward product qualification, supply-chain stabilization and production ramp-up. The recent $26 million Round B financing underscores the market’s confidence in VisIC’s ability to redefine power electronics for next-generation electric vehicles.
