    Goboony operates an online marketplace that connects motorhome and campervan owners with travellers seeking rentals. Founded in 2015, the platform hosts over 5,000 vehicles and has sent more than 100,000 people on holiday from the Netherlands, UK, Italy, and Belgium. The company reports triple-digit supply growth (236%) over the past two years amid rising motorhome ownership and ‘van life’ demand. Goboony recently launched activities in Germany and France and is working on a new range of products across regions, including insurance policies. It plans to use new funding to accelerate international expansion and aims to offer the largest European fleet by early 2022. The platform positions itself as a sharing-economy alternative that helps owners offset ownership costs and connects a community of motorhome enthusiasts. Goboony operates an online marketplace that enables motorhome and camper owners to rent out otherwise idle vehicles. The platform reports an average weekly rental rate of €795 per camper and typical booking durations of eight weeks. Goboony says it has grown 300% over the past year, with more than 1,600 camp owners sharing their campers and 15,000 people having taken motorhome holidays through the site. It has partnered with larger mobility brands such as MyWheels, a car‑sharing platform working in the Netherlands since 1993, taking all of MyWheels' motorhomes onto Goboony's platform. Goboony aims to realize 1 million campervan holidays as a future growth target. Recently it raised €579k via a Symbid crowdfunding campaign, demonstrating community support and early funding traction.

    Equidam is a Rotterdam-based, cloud platform that allows users to generate valuation reports for their companies and to improve information transparency on crowdfunding platforms. The company is led by Italians Gianluca Valentini, Daniel Faloppa and Francesco Lisandro. Equidam has been used by more than 1,500 entrepreneurs since August 2013. The newly raised funds will be used to accelerate growth and expand platform functionality, with a focus on sales expansion, customer adoption and a new product line. As of this round the company has raised nearly €300K in total. The founders also declined a 100% acquisition offer from Symbid, which will nevertheless retain a minority participation. Equidam offers an automated valuation platform for small businesses that lets users analyze and assess a business or startup’s value and monitor progress over time. The platform was developed internally and tested for eight months prior to public release. It provides a working environment for valuations and tools to download valuation reports. Co-founded by Gianluca Valentini and Daniel Faloppa, the company is based in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Advisors include Frank Peters, Korstiaan Zandvliet, Peter Roosenboom, Alberto Lupoi and Luca Berchicci. In the mid and long term, Equidam aims to enter the accountancy software market.

The title is designed to motivate players to be active and learn about environmental protection. The company intends to use recently raised funds to develop its game further.     Off-Grid Solutions is a Haarlem, the Netherlands-based developer of solar energy products focused on affordable lighting and phone charging for people without electricity. The company develops the WakaWaka highly efficient solar LED light, which it says is environmentally friendly and provides 8 hours of bright light, 16 hours of reading light or 80 hours of safety light, with a battery operational up to three years. Co-founded by Maurits Groen, Camille van Gestel and Kim van der Leeuw, Off-Grid Solutions intends to develop, engineer, manufacture and market product concepts for people who lack access to electricity or face regular blackouts. The company raised €75k through the equity crowdfunding platform Symbid from 320 investors to support development and marketing of the WakaWaka light. It plans to market the product in over 40 developing countries, targeting the roughly 1.5 billion people worldwide living without electricity.

    SellAnApp is developing an integrated online platform that lets users transform app ideas into app designs through crowdsourcing. The platform aims to provide online tools to design, develop, test and publish mobile apps, plus promotion and marketing via a partner network. It positions itself as an alternative to hiring development companies or for individuals to become developers themselves. The company plans to share revenue from app exploitation between the idea owner (the producer), fund providers (the investors) and, optionally, contributing developers (the wizards). SellAnApp was founded by Aernoud Dekker and Milan van den Bovenkamp and is based in Amsterdam. The startup used its recent funding to continue development and prepare for launch.
