Tamiami Angel Funds is a family of Florida Angel Funds that are a Member-owned and Member-managed for-profit investment partnership. We seeks to provide our Members an opportunity for active involvement in a diversified capital investment process and a portfolio of high quality, high growth companies with a preference toward those companies located in the State of Florida.

Kind Designs develops Living Seawalls™, Living Seawall Tiles™, 3D-printed artificial reefs and living shorelines by combining large-scale 3D-printing with ecological engineering to protect coastal communities and restore marine ecosystems. The company has transitioned from residential projects to serving commercial, municipal, hospitality and federal defense customers. In 2025 it generated $1 million in revenue, has secured $10 million in contracted revenue and reports a $175 million active project pipeline, including a $2 million U.S. Navy contract. Recent projects include work for the Fontainebleau, Pagani and Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach and municipal projects in Miami Shores and Longboat Key, and it has begun projects in New York City, Charleston and Nassau. Kind Designs intends to expand production capacity, enter new markets such as New York and California, and scale engineering and operations to meet growing municipal and federal demand.

Customers include some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations that historically relied on manual, fragmented processes to track risk. The Ann Arbor-based company has demonstrated customer traction that impressed repeat backers such as 11 Tribes and Tamiami Angel Funds. With fresh capital, management plans to refine its go-to-market strategy, expand the development team, and integrate generative AI features into the platform. Proceeds will also fund a larger client success organization to deepen industry expertise and accelerate enterprise adoption across multiple verticals. To date, the company has raised at least $6 million in institutional funding.

Led by CEO Shane Dyer, Irrigreen serves homeowners nationally, including California, Texas, Florida, Colorado, and Utah. The company is based in San Francisco, CA and Edina, MN. Irrigreen raised $15M in Seed funding and intends to use the proceeds for continued product innovation and its commercial launch. The product positioning emphasizes water savings and simplified design for residential landscaping.

Rellevate closed a $4 million Series Seed Preferred round led by Naples Technology Ventures and plans to use the funds to focus on market expansion and to scale its platform.
