Its primary product is a joint‑liability group loan that the platform says reaches over 12 lakh customers, 95% of whom are based in rural areas. The platform reports INR 1,735 crore in assets under management and a 79% annual growth rate in AUM over the last three years, and operates more than 270 offices in seven states. Fincare serves over 10 lakh customers and is headquartered in Bangalore. Management has signaled plans to transition Disha Microfin (which received in‑principle RBI approval to become a Small Finance Bank) into a full‑scale bank with deposit‑taking functions to expand product offerings and customer relationships. The company emphasizes digitally enabled infrastructure to support accelerated growth and deeper financial inclusion for underserved rural communities.
