The company has secured the first tranche of a previously announced $236 million Series F round, receiving $152.11 million led by SoftBank Vision Fund. The tranche saw participation from InfoEdge via its subsidiaries Diphda Internet Services and Startup Investments (Holding), and from True North. Instrumentation for the tranche included Series F CCCPS and a small number of equity shares. After this tranche the parent’s valuation stands at $950.76 million; the company expects the remaining $84–86 million to close in a subsequent tranche which should push valuation over $1 billion. Secondary transactions worth about $30 million are also reported to be in the pipeline, and the remaining inbound capital reportedly includes a residual $82 million from SoftBank alongside mentions of PremjiInvest, Tiger Global, and Temasek.
