The company targets applications across novel drug discovery workflows, multi-perturbation AI data generation, and next-generation cell therapies, and integrates with high-throughput robotics and GMP manufacturing systems. Portal reports commercial traction with more than 100 customer sites, including public collaborations or use by Microsoft, Merck, AbbVie, Mass General Brigham, the Ragon Institute, and Purdue University. Use cases highlighted include high-throughput, physiologically relevant screening, generation of model-training biological data, and same-day circRNA-based multifunctional CAR-T production at the point of care. The company has built a craniofacial anatomical dataset used to personalize treatments and to underpin its Spatial Sleep product, which the company says is the world’s first clinically proven personalized sleep wellness device and has been shown to help users fall asleep faster and sleep longer. SoundHealth is recommended by more than 1,000 medical and dental professionals nationwide. Following the Series A, the company has $12.25 million in total funding to date to support further growth and commercialization.

Founded in May 2020 at EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland, Alithea Genomics builds technologies that dramatically lower the cost and increase the throughput of RNA sequencing. Its flagship BRB-seq and DRUG-seq platforms can prepare up to 1,536 RNA samples in a single tube, with DRUG-seq eliminating the need for RNA isolation altogether. These kits allow pharmaceutical and research customers to run primary drug screens, exploratory toxicology studies, and large-scale biomarker discovery projects that were previously cost-prohibitive. The company is now commercializing the 1,536-well MERCURIUS DRUG-seq kit while also developing new RNA-seq technologies and proprietary transcriptomic data assets to support AI/ML research. Alithea’s solutions target the growing demand for “big RNA data,” aiming to be the foundational data engine for next-generation therapeutics. BioLoomics develops a human-cell directed evolution platform to discover and engineer antibodies that drive target degradation and other spatial activities.
