  • Ringkas

    Participated · Seed · May 2023

Ringkas operates a digital platform for housing finance that lets customers apply to multiple banks with real-time pre-qualification, aiming to simplify a traditionally manual and fragmented mortgage process. The company emphasizes data security, audit trails, and restricted access for relevant parties in the mortgage workflow. With the new funding it plans to develop and scale its platform across numerous Indonesian cities and expand into the secondary market. Ringkas is already active in five cities and has secured more than $2 billion in housing supply through partnerships with major real estate developers. The team says it aims to launch over 100 projects in 34 cities and complete up to $200 million in mortgage transactions within the next 6–12 months. Its long-term goal is to enable mortgage access for a large portion of Indonesia’s population by addressing low mortgage penetration and the national housing backlog.

  • Summer

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2022

Summer International identifies influential social creators and uses social media and live-commerce data to incubate and launch beauty, skincare and wellness brands. The company was founded in Singapore in 2018 and is based in Los Angeles and South Korea, operating across the United States, South Korea, Singapore, the Philippines and Indonesia. It was launched alongside influencer-marketing firm Gushcloud International and leverages its own supply chain plus a network of live-commerce and social-commerce distributors, mainly micro-influencers in Southeast Asia. Brands are sold via e-commerce platforms, social and live-commerce channels, big-box stores, and its proprietary Summer.store social commerce network. Summer has incubated brands including Baby Face with Singaporean influencer Jamie Chua (over 1.2 million followers) and HANJAN, a wellness brand that launched at Coachella and partnered with Nicole Scherzinger. The company uses engagement, pricing and demographic data from its distribution network to inform product development and help creators launch market-fit products.

  • Float Foods

    Participated · Seed · Jun 2021

Float Foods is a Singapore-based startup that has developed OnlyEg, a legumes-based plant-based analogue of a whole chicken egg. OnlyEg is produced in two parts—a white and a yolk substitute—so it can be prepared similarly to real eggs and used in dishes like soft‑boiled eggs and sunny‑side‑ups. The company was founded by serial entrepreneur Vinita Choolani about one year ago and operates out of the Innovate360 foodtech incubator workspace. Float Foods is refining OnlyEg in the lab to enhance nutritional benefits and extend shelf life, and expects consumer availability in Singapore next year. It plans regional expansion into markets including China, India, and Indonesia, and is developing ancillary plant-based products—egg patties and shreds—for B2B sales later this year. Financially, the startup raised S$2.2 million in seed funding and previously secured an undisclosed grant from the Temasek Foundation.
