Havoc develops an all-domain collaborative autonomy stack and a software-defined hardware approach that enables heterogeneous autonomous assets to sense, decide, and act together across sea, air, and land. The company reports more than 25,000 hours of autonomous testing and deployments and has collected over 200 billion data points from operations to iterate its field-tested autonomy stack. Havoc has built and deployed 100+ autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) globally, with 40+ mission-ready today and 30+ vessels delivered to the U.S. Department of Defense. Founded in 2016, San Diego-based Natilus is engineering a family of blended-wing-body (BWB) aircraft that reduce fuel consumption by 30 %, cut carbon emissions and operating costs by 50 %, and boost payload capacity by 40 %. Its first product, the KONA regional freighter, carries a 3.8-ton payload and is designed for both commercial freight and defense logistics, with a first full-scale flight targeted within 24 months. The company is concurrently developing the 200-plus-seat HORIZON EVO passenger jet, aimed at the Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A321neo market and slated for entry into service in the early 2030s. Natilus has secured more than 570 aircraft pre-orders worth an estimated $24 billion from customers such as SpiceJet, Nolinor Aviation, Flexport and Ameriflight. The firm is pursuing FAA Part 23, Amendment 64 certification for KONA and evaluating a 250,000 sq ft factory capable of producing 60 units per year. Its flagship platforms, the Skelmir S6 and Skelmir S12, combine a plug-and-play payload architecture with INStinct, the company’s proprietary inertial navigation system that provides GPS-denied guidance at a fraction of traditional costs. The vehicles support distributed sensing, ISR, mine countermeasures, electronic warfare, and other emerging undersea missions, and can be re-configured for offshore energy, port security, and environmental monitoring in days rather than months. Vatn positions itself as a future “underwater defense prime” by offering attritable, mass-deployable systems that align with shifting naval doctrines. The company sells hardware and secures government contracts across U.S. military branches, and currently has two xCell units deployed domestically (with the Air Force Research Laboratory and Air Force Special Operations Command) and additional operational use in the Indo-Pacific. Firestorm holds a five-year global exclusive with HP for use of its industrial 3D printing technology in mobile units, and noted an Air Force contract with a $100 million ceiling and $27 million obligated to date. The startup’s founders bring defense and additive-manufacturing expertise: CEO Dan Magy is a serial defense tech entrepreneur, Chad McCoy is a career special operations veteran, and CTO Ian Muceus holds multiple 3D-printing patents. Firestorm has stated plans to scale deployment and reach full operational deployment in the Indo-Pacific within roughly two years. The company has raised $153 million to date following the Series B.
