Claryx develops genomic surveillance technology—branded CloneLink—that reads genomes of confirmed patient infections, links related cases into outbreaks, and traces each to likely sources including environmental reservoirs. The platform also builds a digital twin of a hospital from air, water and surface sampling to locate reservoirs of transmission, and Claryx says its proprietary chemistry cuts the most expensive sequencing step by more than twentyfold so continuous running is affordable.
