Overview

GoAhead Ventures is an early stage Venture Capital fund based in Silicon Valley. As a startup ourselves, we are always looking to innovate and break the Venture Capital mold. We are a people-first fund and as such we like to cover a lot of ground and meet talented founders from across the globe. Check out our website to submit your pitch to our managing partners, this is the first step for all founders that we meet. All 3 of our managing partners review every submission, and from there we give founders a NEXT DAY decision after a partner pitch! We have begun deploying from our new fund and we lead ~40 deals per year.

  • Multiplier

    Participated · Seed · Aug 2026

Multiplier builds a customized coding agent platform engineered for fundamental equity hedge funds, deploying adaptable coding agents that integrate with a fund’s internal documentation, structured financial models, and external unstructured communication streams. The platform functions as an automated investment assistant that handles information triage, generates data visualizations, and tracks portfolio exposure overnight. Multiplier claims its system enables analysts to double their stock coverage depth while working toward replacing traditional terminal subscription overhead. The company was founded by Ian McInnis, Ben Finch, and Ryan Winkler and is positioned to deepen in-person implementation with hedge fund clients through a planned headquarters relocation to Midtown East, New York City. Its recent $6M seed raise will fund engineering hires and high-performance token compute capacity to support product development and deployments.

  • Healia

    Participated · Series A · Jul 2026

Healia builds a benefits platform and a Total Care Option (TCO) that compares household plan options and enables employers to reimburse families' out-of-pocket costs and premiums when they enroll in a spouse's plan. The TCO prices every path for a household, manages claims, and reimburses copays, coinsurance, deductibles, or premiums in a matter of hours. Employers using Healia have provided $33 million in additional coverage since the company's 2021 founding, and Healia says enrolled households can save up to $26,000 a year while employers can lower spend up to 76% per enrolled household. The company emphasizes operations and technology to deliver decision support and claims management. Healia plans to expand its teams in sales, engineering, and operations and to invest further in the AI and technology behind the TCO.

  • MATERIAL

    Participated · Seed · Jan 2026

Material Hybrid Manufacturing Inc. (MATERIAL) is pioneering chemistry-agnostic, additive manufacturing for energy storage through its proprietary HYBRID3D™ technology. The platform combines semiconductor-grade precision with advanced 3D printing to embed batteries of virtually any geometry into drones, wearables, robotics, consumer electronics, and other high-performance systems. By eliminating the rigid constraints of cylindrical or pouch cells, the company says it can boost pack-level energy density by more than 50% and cut module weight by over 22% in initial unmanned aerial-system trials. Current projects include a U.S. Air Force Phase II SBIR program to integrate conformal batteries into Class I UAS and commercial pilots with consumer-electronics manufacturers. Future plans call for containerized, deploy-anywhere production units that provide on-demand, localized battery manufacturing, reducing reliance on global supply chains. Headquartered in Miami, MATERIAL is led by CEO Gabe Elias, a former Formula One design engineer. To date, the company has attracted $7.1 million in seed capital and a $1.25 million Air Force contract to accelerate product and market development.

  • Terranova

    Participated · Seed · Nov 2025

Terranova is tackling urban flooding by physically raising land rather than building seawalls. Its core system combines a wood-waste slurry, proprietary geospatial software, and tracked robotic injectors that autonomously drill wells 40–60 feet deep and pump the material to elevate the ground. The company’s software ingests public geological data and core samples to generate subsurface models and determine optimal injection patterns using a genetic algorithm, while a SimCity-like interface lets city planners design projects that robots later execute. Terranova has operated a pilot site for more than a year and claims it can lift 240 acres in San Rafael four feet for $92 million—far less than estimated seawall costs of $500-900 million. Revenue will be shared with contractors on each project, and the firm also expects to monetize carbon credits from the sequestered wood. Future applications include restoring subsidized wetlands alongside additional city projects worldwide. The oversubscribed seed round places Terranova’s post-money valuation at $25.1 million, giving it fresh capital to advance product development and commercial deployments.
