- BEMAGRO
Participated · Series A · Feb 2026
Founded in 2018, BemAgro develops a geospatial intelligence platform that leverages artificial intelligence to optimize operations across crops such as soy, sugarcane and forestry. Its software delivers precision-agriculture insights that improve operational efficiency, climate predictability and data-driven decision making for growers and agribusinesses. Since inception the company has raised more than R$50 million, and it has tripled revenue since its previous fundraising round in August 2024 thanks to a larger customer base, new product launches and higher average ticket sizes. The newly secured capital will finance further AI development, the roll-out of additional solutions, and the expansion of its commercial presence in Brazil and selected international markets. Management positions the company as one of Brazil’s leading AI platforms for the farm sector and aims to scale responsibly with a globally oriented ambition.

Blooms plans to use its technology to enable exporters to invest in sustainable farming and expansion. Financially, the company recently completed a seed funding round to accelerate these efforts.
- Kilimo
Participated · Series A · Jun 2024
Kilimo uses ~100,000 ground soil samples across 45 crop types to calibrate satellite imagery and remotely monitor soil moisture at the field level. The company provides farmers advisory services on irrigation and charges a fee for that service. When farmers successfully cut water use Kilimo sells the surplus water to companies in the same watershed and shares proceeds with the farmers; farmers typically net 20–40% more than they paid Kilimo. All savings and transfers are verified by third parties using the Volumetric Water Benefit Accounting standard. Kilimo has operated for about a decade and currently works across South America (it is based in Argentina) and in Mexico, with plans to expand into the Southwestern United States and Europe. It has partnerships or engagements with Microsoft, Intel and Coca-Cola as part of its corporate customers and collaborators. Kilimo develops a platform that helps producers manage irrigation by combining meteorological, satellite and field data with Big Data analytics to optimize water use and crop yields. The company says its solution can improve crop yields by up to 30% and increase water-use efficiency by up to 70%. Kilimo is also building a "water replenishment" or compensation system that links farmers using the technology with corporations seeking to achieve water-neutral goals. That system is currently applied in Mexico and Chile, and Kilimo operates in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Mexico with clients in Uruguay, Guatemala and Brazil. The startup plans to expand the compensation program to other regional markets with technified irrigation and high-value crops. Kilimo estimated that by the end of 2022 it will have saved about 50 billion liters of water, equivalent to six months of human consumption for a population of more than three million people.

- goFlux
Participated · Series A · Apr 2024
goFlux provides a SaaS platform that digitizes the entire logistics process for agricultural road freight, handling quoting, negotiating, contracting and carrier payments. The company pairs logistics management with fintech services to facilitate access to financing for underbanked SME carriers. goFlux is focused on agri-freight across Brazil and Latin America and was founded in 2018. Planned product work includes goFlux View, a predictive-intelligence solution integrated into its contracting platform, and investments in AI for freight prediction. The company will use the Series A proceeds to expand its salesforce, strengthen fintech capabilities, and improve platform functionality, security, and compliance. goFlux aims to streamline freight operations and enhance productivity for shippers and carriers. GoFlux provides a digital freight platform that enables shippers and carriers to handle quotes, negotiations, contracting, documentation, fleet management and real-time monitoring. The platform can convert a carrier’s receivables into same-day payment and offers prepayment credit in conjunction with Banco Rendimento. GoFlux plans to structure its own FIDC by the end of the year to diversify financing sources for users. The company aims to transact $500 million in freight in 2021 (about 1.3% of the Brazilian market) and to double that volume in 2022. Founded in 2018 and based in São Paulo, GoFlux operated with a bootstrap mentality until this round. The startup positions itself as a network connecting large agriculture companies to transport companies, rather than an app for hiring individual drivers. It intends to use new funding to enhance its financial offerings and expand market reach, and to build tools and contracts to help companies protect freight and manage positions.
