Founded in 2024 and based in Mumbai, the company has partnered with more than 22 banks and NBFCs, including ICICI Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Bajaj Auto Credit, Muthoot Capital and Northern Arc. Its platform supports about 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations per month and manages collections across more than 12 million loan accounts. Rezolv also reports that its strategy builder tool has improved bounce and resolution rates by 35%. The company plans to use the Series A proceeds to deepen AI capabilities across sales, risk assessment, underwriting and debt collection and to accelerate end-to-end automation of lending workflows.

Acrab has emerged from stealth with more than US$350 million in cumulative funding and announced an additional US$130 million Series B. The company says the new funds will support product scaling, ecosystem expansion, and development of its next-generation computing platform. The recent US$6.9 million Pre-Series A raise will fund engineering hires, expand operations and accelerate its planned silicon projects. The company positions itself to support Malaysia's National Semiconductor Strategy by advancing local front-end chip design capability.
