Led by CEO Doug Tallmadge and based in Seattle, the company serves Fortune 500 customers including AWS, Prudential, T-Mobile, Vanguard, and Kaiser Permanente. Gradial reported a tenfold expansion in annualized recurring revenue over the last year and has raised more than $110M within the past 16 months. The company plans to expand its AI engineering teams, grow global enterprise sales, and scale cloud infrastructure to support faster asset generation and cross-platform publishing following the Series C.

    Founded in 2023, Stars + Honey makes collagen protein bars that are under 200 calories, deliver 15 grams of protein per serving and come in more than 10 dessert-inspired flavors such as Iced Lemon Cookie and Cherry Chocolate Waffle. The bars are priced at $42 for a 10-pack and are formulated without dairy, sugar alcohols or seed oils. Stars + Honey sells direct-to-consumer and via Amazon and identifies women in their 30s through 50s as its core demographic. The brand grew 300% in 2025 and is projecting $50 million in revenue in 2026. With the new capital from VMG, the company plans to drive new product development and expand its manufacturing capabilities. VMG’s investment includes a board seat for partner McConnell Smith.

    Scotch builds a cloud-native, AI-first operating system for liquor retailers that combines POS, automated inventory management, invoice reconciliation and pricing intelligence in a single platform. The product automates complex workflows such as invoice reconciliation, cost change detection, SKU standardization, deal sheet matching and in-workflow analytics to reduce manual work and improve margins and pricing accuracy. Scotch has signed and onboarded large independent retailers including The Liquor Store of Jackson Hole, Big Bear Wine & Liquor, Corkdorks and Everest Spirits Superstore. The company reported it has surpassed a $1 billion annual run rate in gross payment volume. Scotch is led by founders and executives with prior experience building Skupos and with Drizly experience, including CEO Jake Bolling, CRO Kevin Hodges and CTO Dan Chen. With the new Series A capital, Scotch plans to accelerate product development, grow engineering and go-to-market teams, and continue nationwide expansion of its AI-enabled platform.

    Brami began in 2016 as a maker of cured lupini bean snacks and introduced its protein pasta line in 2021. Its core product is a durum wheat semolina pasta fortified with milled lupini beans, a legume Brami sources from cooperatives across Europe. The company emphasizes simple ingredients and claims high protein and fiber density from the lupini inclusion, positioning the pasta as comparable in taste and texture to premium boxed pastas. Brami has rapidly expanded retail distribution—now more than 4,000 doors including upcoming national placement at Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, Target and Costco—and has plans for exclusive shapes and new SKUs. Management reports the brand is the fastest-growing pasta brand in the U.S., expects roughly 400% year-over-year growth by the end of 2026, and is profitable. Brami has also executed branded marketing partnerships, including one with the New York Yankees for the 2026 season.

    Lyric builds Lyric Studio, a composable platform that enables customers to design, test, and deploy supply chain models with seamless data integration, a library of algorithms, an intuitive workflow builder, and a built-in experience layer. The platform targets modeling, planning, logistics, inventory and frontier use cases, putting advanced science in the hands of business users. Lyric reports revenue growth of 500% since emerging from stealth 18 months ago and says enterprise adoption now spans Fortune 500 companies across industries. The company is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, and is led by Co‑Founder and CEO Ganesh Ramakrishna. Lyric plans to use new capital to accelerate its product roadmap, expand reusable supply chain logic, deepen AI-driven experimentation, simulation and automation capabilities, and invest in customer success, onboarding, and community programs. The company will showcase new capabilities and its roadmap at its Empower 2025 conference in Chicago on August 13–14, 2025.
