- Xsensio
Led · Series A · Mar 2026
Xsensio is a Lausanne-based deep-tech company building Lab-on-Skin, a wearable biosensing device that continuously measures multiple biochemical biomarkers to inform clinical decision-making. The platform delivers near real-time, multi-modal biochemical data that has traditionally been inaccessible at the point of care, enabling more personalized and preventive healthcare. Spun out of academic research, Xsensio collaborates with leading hospitals and industrial partners to validate and scale its technology. A newly announced long-term partnership with Texas Instruments will leverage TI’s semiconductor expertise to miniaturize and manufacture the biosensing system at scale. The firm has been recognized by TIME as one of the World’s Top HealthTech Companies of 2025. With its recent $7 million Series A, Xsensio is well-capitalized to accelerate clinical deployment and industrial scalability of its platform. The oversubscribed round underscores investor confidence in Xsensio’s progress and market potential.
- Phase
Participated · Equity · Feb 2025
Phase builds a no-code WYSIWYG platform that enables UI/UX and product designers to create fully interactive website and app simulations and export production-ready UI code. The company launched its first product, a UI animation tool positioned against Adobe After Effects and Figma, and says the software can produce complete prototypes that behave like real products. Phase plans to roll out three additional tools — UI advanced prototyping, UI design and UI code export — across this year and next to streamline the end-to-end design workflow. The startup pursued a region-by-region go-to-market, soft-launching in South Korea where it found roughly 10,000 testers within weeks out of an estimated 100,000 designers. After opening a global beta and stabilizing the product, Phase says it is moving out of beta and prioritizing expansion into the U.S. and European markets. The company raised $13 million in funding in the round reported here.
- Blackpanda
Participated · Series A · Sep 2024
Blackpanda provides end-to-end cyber resilience services, centered on its IR-1 product that covers the entire cyber attack lifecycle with incident response preparation, proactive Attack Surface Management, 24/7 incident response, and automated access to financial recovery. The company has integrated Blackpanda Underwriting, offering cyber insurance in partnership with Chaucer, to deliver a single solution covering before, during, and after a cyber attack. Blackpanda sells its emergency response as a fixed-cost subscription aimed at providing price-optimized, end-to-end protection to businesses. The recent funding supports the company’s goal of expanding access to affordable cyber emergency response, particularly for small and medium businesses. Singtel Innov8’s comments in the article indicate plans to grow Blackpanda’s localized, segment-focused product suite across the Asia Pacific region. Financially, Blackpanda announced a $6.7 million funding tranche that brings its Series A aggregate to $21.7 million.
- GDMC
Participated · Series A · Jan 2024
GDMC is an advanced therapeutic drug manufacturer that focuses on gene, tissue and cell biologics. The company emphasizes a “collaborative approach” and applies synthetic biology techniques to improve gene drug design and development. GDMC offers a “drug manufacturing organization partnership” model providing clients, including startups, with drug design, production, quality assurance, and regulatory support needed to reach market. It is developing advanced therapeutic modalities such as custom messenger RNA, plasmid DNA, and lentiviral vectors. GDMC recently closed a $21 million Series A financing. Investors in the round included Celadon Partners, Seeds Capital, NSG Ventures, and WI Harper Group.
- FlexCompute
Participated · Series B · Nov 2021
Flexcompute develops computing technologies that accelerate the design process for industrial and consumer products by solving massive differential equations to simulate real-world physics. Its key innovations enable customers to run large-scale, physics-accurate simulations at unprecedented speed, reducing the need for physical prototypes. Engineers use the technology to evaluate product performance before building physical prototypes and to substantially shorten design cycles for electric airplanes, electric cars, high-efficiency wind turbines, advanced sensors, and quantum computing chips. The company emphasizes its mission to accelerate innovation with advanced computing. Flexcompute was founded in 2016 and is pursuing its vision of engineering computing. It raised $22M in a Series B to fund hiring and execution of that vision.
