  • Digital Asset

    Participated · Series F · Jun 2026

Digital Asset builds and operates the Canton Network, a public, permissionless Layer 1 blockchain that provides protocol-level privacy and confidentiality guarantees and runs applications written in its open-source smart contract language, Daml. Canton is designed to enable tokenized asset workflows across multiple parties while keeping transaction data confidential, and it has attracted marquee institutional participants including Visa, Goldman Sachs, and DTCC. The network has processed or issued more than $6 trillion in tokenized assets according to prior reporting, and Visa became a Canton Super Validator and added Canton to a stablecoin settlement pilot. The Canton ecosystem has also seen activity such as a $540 million raise by Canton Strategic Holdings (formerly Tharimmune) to build a Canton Coin treasury and a project called Zenith completing atomic swaps between Canton and an EVM-compatible environment. On the financing front, Digital Asset raised $135 million in June 2025 and $50 million in December 2025, and is now pursuing a roughly $300 million round led by a16z crypto. The company is backed by trading firms and banks including DRW Holdings and Citadel Securities.

  • MerQube

    Led · Series C · Apr 2026

Founded in San Francisco in 2019, MerQube provides a cloud-native, API-first platform (Garage) for creating and calculating complex, rules-based indices including options-based defined outcome products, autocallable structures, and intraday/rebalancing indices. About $27 billion in assets currently follow indices calculated on MerQube’s platform, and the company is the leading index provider for defined outcome ETFs in the U.S. Its platform supports issuance and licensing for ETFs and structured products and is being used by firms such as Calamos Investments for an autocallable ETF launching in 2025. MerQube differentiates itself by handling derivatives-linked indices that legacy index platforms cannot, while offering self-service tooling for wealth and asset managers. The company holds FCA authorisation in the U.K. and plans to expand into Europe and Asia-Pacific while enhancing AI across its systems.

  • PactFi

    Led · Series A · Mar 2026

PactFi offers an integrated workflow and data platform that replaces fragmented email, spreadsheet, and point-solution processes in the private credit market. Launched in 2023, the software captures and structures data across the entire private credit lifecycle, enabling straight-through processing, centralized visibility, and cross-counterparty coordination. The company has already processed more than $300 billion in deal volume involving over 250 counterparties and 3,000 fund entities, and it is used by eight of the top 20 credit asset managers representing $3.4 trillion in AUM. Key differentiators include ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II attestation, underscoring enterprise-grade security. Future plans focus on expanding workflow coverage into post-close servicing and secondary transfers, integrating AI directly into credit-specific workflows, deepening go-to-market reach, and scaling product, engineering, and client-facing teams. These initiatives aim to solidify PactFi’s position as the foundational system of record for the rapidly growing private credit ecosystem.

  • Superset

    Participated · Seed · Feb 2026

Superset is a digital asset infrastructure firm focused on eliminating liquidity fragmentation across stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and on-chain foreign-exchange trading. Its Unified Liquidity Execution layer allows liquidity providers to deploy capital once and access volume and yield across multiple chains, removing the need to pre-fund individual networks. The platform targets institutional participants that struggle with the current patchwork of on-chain liquidity pools. Chaired by ClearBank co-founder and former CEO Charles McManus, the company is working closely with liquidity providers, stablecoin issuers, and wallet partners ahead of a wider market rollout. Superset positions itself as bringing both operational and capital efficiency to emerging digital asset payment rails. No operating metrics or revenue figures were disclosed in the article. Future plans include expanding collaboration with ecosystem partners to support scalable institutional adoption.

  • Chata.ai

    Participated · Series A · Jan 2026

Chata.ai, officially Chata Technologies, has built a self-service analytics platform that lets users query complex financial data sets through plain, natural language. Unlike probabilistic large language models, Chata employs a proprietary deterministic AI engine that runs on CPUs rather than GPUs, ensuring every identical input returns the same auditable output—an attribute prized by regulated financial institutions. The company positions this consistency as critical for traditional finance, decentralized finance, and wealth-tech workflows where accuracy and an audit trail are mandatory. Capital-light CPU processing also provides a cost and scalability advantage over GPU-heavy generative approaches. With its latest funding, Chata.ai plans an “aggressive” expansion of the platform deeper into global financial markets. No revenue or user figures were disclosed, but the round signals significant institutional confidence in the model’s commercial potential.
